 + -1 moreWe've owned Addessi jewelry for over 10 years. We will never go back to Addessi's again after our recent experience with Wayne Addessi. He is an unprofessional business man with only one objective which is to up sell you as much as he can. He has no concept of customer service. He mistreated my wife and I and went so far as to ask my wife to leave his store after he was caught in a lie. This was a very humiliating experience. Is this how you treat your customers of 10 years? Is this the kind of person or company you want to do business? Definitely not. There are plenty of reputable jewelers you can give your business to -- you'd be making a huge mistake giving your business to Addessi.
