Everybody from Vitta, Gail, Joe & Steve were extremely helpful and professional. Steve was our inspector. He was very thorough and honest. He reassured my partner and I that we made a great decision on our first home. We would highly recommend Steve!

As I mentioned above, AA-MSA is a very Professional Business. From the first call with customer Service ( Joe and Vita are very professional and caring); the Inspector, John Lavorgna, was very personable, and informing. He explained and helped me to understand everything he inspected, and all of my questions. After the inspection I was emailed, a copy of the inspection, with all pictures that Mr. Lavorgna had taken during the inspection. I was even mailed, a very, professionaly done, bookllet of the entire inspection from AA-MSA. It was so wondetful to open up my booklet to easily find things I needed to pinpoint to the Seller. You can always call them afterward to question anything from your Inspecton. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND AA-MSA For your Home Inspection.

John did an amazing job during the inspection, answering all my questions and provided valuable tips for the future. I was skeptical about using this company because I read some bad reviews, but I was relieved that the experience I had was a positive one. Steve explained everything as we did the walk thru, I felt that he was very thorough in his analysis. I was very pleased with the report that he sent me. It was written out where I could understand everything and along with that he sent pictures of what he was describing. After everything, they still contacted me to see if I had any issues or questions. I feel like they were attentive to my needs thru out the whole thing from beginning to end. I think the job was done properly. I just had questions about the roof inspection. But it appears to be in good condition. Thank you to your team of inspectors.

First and foremost Vita was great to work with! She was in constant communication up to my inspection, even calling me to inform me my inspectors were running late so I wasn't hanging around. John and Steve were both great for the price! When asked about some white stuff on the outside AC unit they told us they "didn't know" what it was, when I showed my fiance he let me know it was corrosion, why John and Steve were unsure of what it was I don't know. Again, the inspection was good for the price. We received the report next day, and there was nothing in the report that was not explained to us in person during the inspection.

John and Steve made me feel extremely comfortable through out the whole process, I highly recommend AA-MSA.

They were always willing to slow down and explain things to me or would call me over to see something they thought was important.
