Good inspection

I recently used AA-MSA for a home inspection and was very pleased with their inspector John Lavorgna. John was very thorough with the inspection and explained things as he went along. I received a written report in a very timely fashion and it was very detailed and informative and included photographs and explanations. This is the second time I used AA-MSA for an inspection and both times I was fully satisfied. I highly recommend this company. Joseph Raffone, his office staff, and inspector John Lavorgna are a pleasure to interact with.

We used AA-MSA for our home inspection and they were responsive and easy to work with. The inspection was completed by John, and he took his time to go through the property and was professional in taking off his shoes in our home, wore a mask, answered our questions and provided a detailed report. I would recommend this company.

Phenomenal home inspection review! Best in town, if I was to hire anyone again I would hire them. Very knowledgeable and thorough with their inspection. They did not miss anything. On the report there are pictures of every detail along with how it should be and very thorough description about everything and where to get stuff fixed as well.

Steve was incredibly thorough and informative throughout the entire inspection. He asked about and took the time to show us some of the “unique” features of the home and how they worked. The report was very detailed with photos and guidance for how to move forward with our decision making progress. I highly recommend this provider & Steve if your looking to purchase a new home (or perhaps if your looking to sell your home and want to identify issues in advance).

The scheduling with Vita was fast and easy, the inspector John, was timely, thorough and knowledgeable. I needed a quick turnaround and John sent me the report that same evening, 6/11/21. I had a follow-up question and he called me back right away. Excellent company & service. Vita & John were friendly, polite and helpful.

Very detailed report. radon test was placed during inspection, but they did not plan to return to pick it up so make sure you have a plan to pick up the test 2 days later.

John Lavorgna was great, thorough and answered all my questions. Very professional, friendly and took his time explaining some aspects of the inspection I had questions when he was performing them. Overall they did a good job I wouldâ  ve like them to be a little bit more thorough when inspecting the septic system The tank in particular.
