Home Inspector Kris Varrone was friendly and knowledgeable. He walked me through his work and he knew exactly what he was doing. Vita in the office was great. The office was easy to reach and I scheduled the appointment quickly. Very satisfied all around working with AA-MSA... thanks Home Advisor.

Joe provided quick and quality service on our condo inspection. His responses were timely, his work was very thorough and his report was detailed. He really helped ease this oft times nerve-wracking process and helped calm any of our uncertainties and nerves.

First off, Joe and Vita treated us like family - reminded me of how family run businesses should be, fair, honest, and dedicated to their customer. They were excellent to work with in every way. From the beginning quote and example report, to explaining their process, it was prompt and very thorough. The communication was excellent with scheduling and they arrived early on the day of inspection. Joe and his team took their time at each stage explaining things as they went along - the good, the bad, & recommendations. Everything was meticulously detailed and they were always asking if we had clarifying questions. Post inspection, the report was more detailed than the sample and was completed in less than 24 hours. Even after inspection, he was available for questions. Inspection is one area you don't want to skimp, the cost of the inspection paid for itself over 40x. I can't recommend AA enough!

On time and affordable

The inspector showed up late. That was upsetting but Joe did a great job. My main concern was the fact that my name was not spelled correctly on the home inspection report and then I was not provided a discount as promised verbally and through e-mail. Even though I spoke to Vita about the coupon previously, she did not honor her word and I went with another home inspector that was actually 10x better.

I have nothing but good things to say. I contacted AA - MSA for a Home Inspection + Radon and Water Test. I am in the middle of purchasing a home so I wanted the piece of mind. Joe was on time, a bit earlier, and was ready to go. He proceeded to walk me around the outside of the house and explain to me what would be going on and what this inspection consists of. Having worked in Construction I was still impressed with the knowledge Joe presented to me. He took his time and went through the whole house and didnt hesitate to answer any question I had during the process. When he did find something, he would let me know the options to fix or bring to code the issue. Then he would explain what he would do given the circumstances of what he found. No matter how small or big the issue was he took this same approach. I highly recommend this company for Inspections. Joe is a professional, and thats what it takes when dealing with people whom may be buying a home.

Joe did a thorough job

The office was very unorganized lost my paper work three times. The office has to reschedule my appointment the evening before my appointment because the inspector need to see the dentist. Threatened if I did not confirm in 30 min, they would cancel my appointment. Which I feel unfair because of their conflict they had to reschedule. The inspector. Texted me that he arrived 30 min early and was waiting for me. Which I felt was rude when we had an appointment time. I had to ask my realtor to reschedule her appointment for the day because of all these changes. The gentlemen upon inspection found an issue with the furnace which was a cause For concern... but once a hvac tech was hired which cost another 250 dollars that the issue was non-existent . The inspector spoke down to me and the realtor because we did not understand some of the things he was speaking about. He spoke down to is assistant and demeaned him in front of us. His assistant was a hard worker! The inspector asked me to sign the same paperwork I already sent to the office. I refused to give my credit card info again because I sent them it twice already. He demanded a check, I refused, inspector threatens that I would not be getting my paperwork until payment is made and just walked out. Another delay after inspection was the paper work...the inspectors assistant was out sick....why can the inspector do the paper work himself?? And there were errors on the paper work stating there was a basement when the house does not have a basement it?s a slab foundation. Unhappy with all services from start to finish.

As a first time home-buyer, I am thrilled with the amazing service Joe and Richard provided for my home inspection, they were both incredibly thorough, honest, and informative. I was able to confidently ask many questions throughout the whole process and was given so much advice on how to fix up and care for my new home. Awesome, awesome, awesome!

Very professional, polite, and took the time to talk me through everything they looked for. Explain what they saw and if and how something needed or could be fixed. Amazing experience!

I had a great experience with Joe and Rich! They inspected my 3 family home from top to bottom. Joe answered all my questions and concerns. He gave me a great walk through explaining any issues and giving great advice about my responsibility as a 3 family property owner. As a first time home buyer, I wasn't sure what to expect but Joe was very knowledgeable and I felt assured that he was doing a great job. He emailed me a full report the next day, detailing everything we discussed and all his findings. It was a pleasure working with them and I would recommend to anyone!

Joe and his intern were very professional, very knowledgeable and very friendly. There was quick and consistent communication from the quote until the end of the inspection. They explained everything as we went along and made sure we understood everything. They were able to get us in within a few days and did a great job. I would recommend to anyone and would absolutely hire again.
