I had a last minute opportunity to buy an old house and wanted to set up appointment over the weekend for following week. They were first to call on Sunday and gave quote. Two guys showed up for inspection. Professional and I was impressed. Just received detailed 30 page report next day. We want to close immediately. I would highly recommend them.

Joe was very thorough in our inspection. He answered all my questions as we went throughout the house. I also received my report the next morning and the hard-copy two days later in the mail. Overall I was extremely satisfied with his work.

Inspector attempted to bill for $250 of additional services (see other similar reviews on another similar website) not contracted or agreed to in any way, and refused a refund after being confronted with this dishonesty, which required a credit card charge dispute to resolve. Inspector was aggressively rude to myself and my real estate agent, dismissive of customer concerns, and berated his assistant from start to finish. Inspector also left tools and trash on the premises after departing as quickly as possible from a whirlwind, shoddy inspection. Stay away from the untrustworthy AA-MSA at all costs.

Joe is awesome. He won't be pushed around by agents who are only interested in getting their commission. He is thorough and transparent, and i would definitely use him again.

I was very happy with the service, I would hire AA-MSA, INC. AGAIN AND RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE THAT'S LOOKING.

Joe was a very friendly person. He couldnâ t complete a lot of the inspection because of so much furniture in the house. I think he should have asked the home owners to move some things around especially in the basement to check the walls and floors better.

Nothing gets by Joe! Joe Raffone and his assistant (also Joe) were just wonderful! They were so accommodating when the home owner asked to push back the inspection by an hour even though they were already busy that Saturday I felt so guilty even asking them. Joe told me he likes to keep everyone happy! His Inspection was thorough and he took the time to explain things to me as a new homeowner from how to install my filter (he found the current owners had installed it backwards) to making sure I knew how to handle my fuse box! On top of all his advice he offers to come back out once a year to inspect the home for as long as I own it as part of the package to make sure the things are fixed properly for no additional cost. He is even available for phone support! I also got an adorable reusable bag with the company information that has already come in handy. I would definitely recommend this company and the amazing Joe team! Thank you for giving me peace of mind with the purchase of my first home!

At first he seemed very accommodating in setting up the appointment. He even gave me a Home Advisor special which would include the items I wanted. He also made a special trip at the request of the realtor to do the radon testing before the house inspection. But then, my experience was not as good. He said an entrance door needed to be adjusted, but it was because the realtors lock box on the outside was keeping it from closing properly. This did not help his credibility with the owner or realtor. The first report did not include two unsatisfactory items that we discussed, and it said appliances were not included, when in fact they were. I had to ask for a second report. The second report was still missing an item. The report was mostly boiler plate information that did not pertain to my situation. He did say good bye to me before leaving, but he did not touch base with my realtor, who would liked to have talked with him.

Our home inspection was performed by Joseph Raffone. He was extremely responsive to email and phone communication. We were able to schedule an inspection on short notice. He was early to the inspection and we were able to hit the ground running. He was happy to answer questions throughout the inspection. The report was thorough and he delivered the full inspection report within 24Hrs. Following inspection he was happy to provide additional information and he continued to provide useful information well after his work was complete.

Youâ ve struck gold! Joe is extremely responsive with phone calls, emails, texts and house visits. He is a wealth of information and educates the homeowner in every way from the inner workings of the house to recommendations of how to correct areas. Joe actually makes the process an interesting learning experience and is truly worth the investment.
