"I bought an Angie's List deal: "$499 for a New Ceramic Tile Backsplash, Including Labor and Tile". Unfortunately, the only tile they offered was white subway tiles, which was not what I wanted for my newly renovated kitchen, so basically this price was for labor and thinset only, I paid for everything else (tiles, grout and trim) in addition. I bought and prepared the tiles and matching grout from Watertown Tiles and Stones, recommended by Sal, in time for the installation date. For my backsplash project, hence it came down to be about $1000 total, but a different installer gave me a quote of over $700 with labor alone, so it was still a good deal. 
Scheduling for installation was done quite promptly over the phone, but I had to wait quite a bit till the actual installation date. It was initially scheduled in a month time but then it was postponed for another 2 weeks because they had another project behind schedule. I was not happy with their communication since I was not informed of it until I made a phone call a day before the initial installation date. The backsplash was beautifully installed - the only downside was that the installer had limited English, and it made the full communication rather difficult. One issue arose during the install - the trim I was sold happened to be too thick for the tiles and had to be replaced - but took much longer time for me to understand what needs to be done and I finally understood through a cell phone conversation with Sal. In the end, I got the trim replaced in time and the installation was completed within the day. Overall, Pacific did a good job and I am happy with the end result.

"We have a new house and we were told to seal our entire kitchen floor. The floor is ceramic tile and the tile was not supposed to be sealed- just the grout. The sealer left a hard waxy film on the floor and after many desparate calls we were told we would have to use muriatic acid or put in a new floor. When we called Declan from New Life Tile and Grout he said he could remove the sealer with a nontoxic chemical that would not hurt the tile or be dangerous to people or pets. "I cannot say enough good things about this company.  From start to finish they were so professional, prompt and thorough.  My salesman Rick, support staff at the office, builders Rob and Mike, the countertop installers from Custom Marble, Shawn and Sean from Tile Works, and the guy who came out to do the blueprint, were all a pleasure to deal with.  These people are all tops in their fields of expertise. The kitchen looks beautiful and like it was custom built.  Noboody can believe my cabinets were refaced.  It looks like a totally new kitchen.
I actually met with Rick and picked out the cabinets I thought I wanted, along with the hardware; then ended up calling the company and asking him to come out with more samples, then went with a totally different choice.  Nobody was put out or annoyed; just wonderfully supportive and accommodating.
The manufacturer of the cabinet doors had actually drilled the bottom hole in the wrong spot on ten of the doors, but Rob and Mike installed them as is so that I could have a functioning kitchen, but had the office order all new ones from the manufacturer.  They were all replaced today in a couple of hours.
In terms of the cost, I wasn't sure what to expect.  I know if I replaced all the cabinet boxes, it would have taken more than twice as long and been at least twice as costly.  I think the price was very fair and reasonable and I absolutley love my new kitchen!  I'm so happy I chose Kitchen Options and have been telling everyone what a good company they are.
