Mike was awesome. He answered all my questions and did a very thorough inspection. I would highly recommend HPI.

If you need a home inspector, go with HPI. Very thorough, detail oriented and knowledgeable. He even gave us a binder that contained a book detailing how a home functions, very important for first time home buyers.

Mike did a great job with our inspection. He also arranged a septic inspection for us. Since we were out of state for the inspection, he also sent us pictures of all important findings.
