He treated her with utmost respect as he deep cleaned her carpeting. We are delighted with the result. The carpets are clean and sanitized and the house smells fresh. "Y and M Air Duct cleaning provided an important service in a way that was transparent and professional. Our house is noticeably cleaner as a result of the service. They were punctual, polite and clean. They did not cut corners and showed me what they were doing and cleaning every step of the way. "I wanted to clean a second floor dryer vent hose that was loaded solid with lint. It was worse than I thought! Packed solid! It became evident that this was a messy and dangerous situation as it was a fire hazard. Through Angi I found Everclean and the co. was a perfect fit. HVAC companies don’t do dryer vents. Justin from Everclean was awesome and got the problem straightened out. He even discovered the dryer vent had become disconnected from outside dryer vent door! I can’t fit through the narrow attic hatchway as my shoulders are a bit too wide, so I depended on Justin. Finally, everything is buttoned up, and our clothes now dry in half the time. Cost was moderate and was money well invested. Dryer vent fire danger is now negligible compared to before. Along with neighbor hatred danger. I would hire Everclean again if needed again."
