Craig showed up to our appointment early, and got right to work. He answered every question we had and did not get tired of us asking. He was very professional in his work, and did a very thorough inspection of our home. He even used personal experiences to help us better understand each issue he found so he could give us a better outlook on what we should do and possibly how to save money, which is always a plus. The report was done that same night, he has a very quick turn around time as well in getting the actual report. We would definitely recommend Craig to anybody.

Craig, was excellent. He looked at every single thing in the house to make they are in great condition. He is very informative and knowledgeable. He explained every thoghrough and in details and gave a lot of suggestions. I will recommend him to anyone. The cost is great, cheaper than a lot of other inpection companies.

Craig Maginsky was my inspector. This is my second rate about his inspection. First one was based on what he found or not found nor see it what was wrong with the property!!! After I've moved in, I discover each day that something wasn't working or simple plumbing issues became a nightmare and so called CA unit supposed to be fairly new and last about 15 to 20 yrs didn't even last a minute when I turned on. So far this property cost me already thousands of dollars, and professionals that came and fixed the things told me everything should be seen and picked up at the time of inspection!!! Even gas stove was leaking gas. Very unhappy.

Craig was available the next day, after initial contact via ServiceMagic, was early for inspection and very professional. He was also very thorough and informative. He provided me with a copy of the inspection on the spot, since he had a portable printer with him. My Realtor took Craigs card, before I could even recommend him, and had very good things to say about him. First impressions really do make a huge impact. I plan on purchasing an investment property in the near future and will no doubt give Craig a call again.

He is by the most courteous, professional and thorough inspector one can get. he spends an incredible amount of time patiently teaching and explaining what is right and wrong with the home. And his reports are printed and given to you on site. He even emails the report to you later that day; absolutely incredible. I would highly recommend Craig to any prospective home buyer.

A million stars for the most thoroughly conducted home inspection. Craig Maginsky should be called Craig The Magician. I've never dealt with a more pleasant, detail-oriented individual who could NOT have been nicer or more intelligent in explaining everything while the inspection was taking place. He was worth every penny and even made himself available should I need to follow up, or my realtor needed any additional information. My inspection report was printed on the premises and he e-mailed me a copy, as promised, within mere hours. He treated me with the utmost respect; something I had NEVER encountered in this whole sordid process.
