We are first time home buyers. I have done my research online and called nearly all existing inspection services in my area. When I narrowed my search, I chose Home Pro, and I am really glad that I did. The reason I was attracted to this choice besides a large number of positive reviews was an extensive array of services provided at a relatively low cost. All services were clearly listed on the website, with no hidden fees. I spoke with Craig over the phone, and he was able to squeeze me in on the short notice. When I arrived to the property, maybe 5 min before the scheduled time, he was already there, inspecting the outside premises. No time wasted, right to the point, and knowledgeable. He pointed out all repairs necessary to be addressed, and suggested options. His report was easy to comprehend with many pictures to use as a reference and no unnecessary information. I would absolutely use Craig’s services again, and highly recommend his services to others.

Craig was ridiculously good! I know quite a bit about how things work in a house after doing a full renovation to my first home myself and he was dead on with everything. He was as thorough an inspector as you will find! He has been doing inspections for over 18 years and you can tell. He takes hundreds of pictures and sends them to you after the inspection is done as well as your report in PDF format so you can send it to anyone via email in seconds. He is definitely there for you through the whole process to answer all your questions and make great recommendations on how to resolve the issues and who to go to. I think Craig is a steal for what he charges!
