Craig is also prompt, as he was both early to the home inspection and early to get the complete typed report back into my hands. Craig certainly proves the saying, "You get what you pay for", WRONG! He is affordable and extremely thorough. He spent alot of time in the house finding a leak that we would have never noticed had we not hired him. He did not stop until he examined every nuk and cranny of the house. Excellent choice!

Craig was thorough in spending around three hours inspecting the house we made an offer on. He is not afraid to get dirty as he probably spent half an hour of the time underneath the deck, under the stairs, wedged inside a closet or other places where I would never have thought to look. Great experience!

Craig was great! He did a thorough job and found some major problems that the sellers were trying to hide. He was prompt and we received the written report the same day. We did not buy the condo afterall because of all the problems Craig found in the unit. He saved us thousands of dollars and lots of headaches!! We are still looking for a condo and will definately call Craig for our next inspection!!

Craig was very through. I asked him for the most "hard core" inspection I could get. The house he inspected has been vacant for 6 months and is from 1944. Craig spent nearly 3 hours inspecting this place top to bottom. Considering the fact that Mike Holmes is my hero this was great to see. money well spent as we make an informed decision about this house.
