The home warranty you pay a monthly fee I think ours is like $80 a month so when you need something you call them and they send somebody out. Actually it has worked out pretty good, but then you have to understand the rules, read the details what they cover and what they don't cover and what the rules are. It costs $80 a month because it's got all the coverage even the pool, pool appliances, garage door opener, fans everything so that is $80 a month. It is a $75 service fee every time they come out, but just have the base one to cover the air conditioner alone is worth it. For $75 they fix whatever."
