"Ryan and his assistant did an excellent job on repairing our carpet. Our cats damaged our carpet in several rooms. Ryan was able to use the original carpet to patch the damage. It looked like new after he finished. The tiler that did our house left large gaps between the transition of tile to carpet. Ryan's assistant was able to place new tack strips closer to correctly transition the carpet to tile. It looks great."

The only miscommunication was that we asked for the stain protectant when booking the appointment but that information was not communicated to the tech that day.
