"It was excellent! They were on time, very professional and very good communication. They really did a very good job."

"We contracted with Patriot in March of 2022, making a down payment of $20,000. House was dried in and ready for roof in July. A lot of work had been done but it was at a standstill since late Fall. The work was finally completed the first week of August 2023. The work is good but the long list of personal problems that caused it to take wayyyy too long need to be over before we can give a firm recommendation."

"He arranged for master gardeners from CSU extension office to evaluate the trees on site. Their recommendation of removel of trees was held in high esteem. Michael called them immediately, had the evaluation within days, and we knew just what to do with the diseased trees. I highly recommend Michael's Lawn Service to anyone in SW Colorado!!! "They did a great job and I would definitely hire them again."

"They handled our job with professionalism, courtesy and effeciency. In one afternoon, Ryan's team removed a mountain of trash, a huge pile of plant debris and cut, blocked and removed four large but very dead aspen trees from our yard. They did a beautiful job, I was especially delighted that Ryan's team trimmed the dead tree stumps so close to the ground that I couldn't tell there had been trees in those locations at all. My husband and I will recommend Ryan and his team at Precision Asphalt Paving to all of our friends. Thank you Ryan!"

"Tyler was very responsive to my initial request and very accommodating to my schedule. Excellent quality work done on my deck project, and reasonable cost."
