"I initially contacted Franco for a chimney inspection and cleaning. He discovered that our fireplace chimney needed a bit of work as expected, but more importantly the furnace chimney did not have a liner whatsoever. He came back the next day after gathering supplies to complete the job. He explained everything from start to finish and provided before and after photos of the work. "We had separate water heater and furnace boiler which was leaking gas and carbon monoxide and had to be turned off by Atmos Gas. We chose VIP Plumbing and James Cook responded with Robert to rescue us. They assessed the job gave a bid and ordered a new Navien Combo-Boiler faster than we had any hope to get heat again! They were very professional in all regards. James told me to keep his card handy and I did the next day we had a major drain clog in our 50 year old pipes! He came out and cleared our drains perfectly and even took high def pictures so we could see there was NO roots coming through! We really can't say enough about VIP Plumbing and they left NO mess! Fifty years of soot in our furnace was UGLY! We now have on demand hot water (no running out) and the whole house is warm again! They are pet friendly as well! We highly recommend their services!"

"My old water heater went out yesterday and of course leaked water all over. I shut it off and stopped the leaking. Called early this morning looking for someone to install a new one. Jim was actually sent over by another plumber who could not get to my job right away. Jim showed up, looked at the job, we talked about the options and he gave me a bid. Let to get the new water heater. We back in about thirty minutes. He had to make some changes to the water and gas lines. Added shut offs and installed new one. Took the time to explain operation and maintenance of the new one. Cleaned up the work site. Removed all debris and old water heater. I was impressed with his work and his attitude.
