I love the way they work. All vehicles are priced at their best price. Period. It's not negotiable so you don't have to deal with car salesman who try to get every extra dollar they can out of you.
They found us credit at a time we had not the best.
They got us into a great vehicle.
The only small issue I had was their finance person wasn't too happy we had our 3 kids there (you're in the wrong business if you don't like people...). But not too bad.
Overall great service. I plan on using them again! It was worth the drive from Fort Collins to avoid local bargaining tactics to find this great company!

I love Ralph Schomp Honda. I bought a previous Honda from them and I have always loved Hondas. They are very close to me and they have an excellent service. They will come and pick you up and if you have to leave your car they will come and leave you home. They will come and pick you up when the car is ready. The staff there is very competent, very professional and friendly. I had a very good experience from them. I had a Ford car in 1993 condition and it was time for a new car. I took that in and I had just had that fixed and so he gave me a good value for it. They weren't trying to cheat me on that. It is not really a hassling type of place. I used to go to my Credit Union and find out what the car should be and what the price was on that. I would rate them 'A' straight down the line.

The price depends on the service; I do every so many miles, some are cheaper than others. Like I do a forty thousand miles service and then my forty three thousand miles service; the forty three thousand miles service is not as much. I will continue to use them again.

I showed up without an appointment and I was in and out in about half an hour. I asked them to check my air filter because I couldn't remember how ling it had been. They said it was fine, washed my car and I was on my way. They were polite and I think they did a good job with the service. I thought it was a little pricy for an oil change but no other complaints.

They had a set price so we didn't have to haggle on the price; it was what it was. They made the buying experience pretty good. It wasn't like a big drawn out production. They gave us a price and asked if we wanted it or not. They weren't calling in 4 different managers. They have been good about taking care of any problems we've had with the car and actually picked up the cost if it was something they were deficient on their end with full disclosure on the vehicle. We would definitely use them again.

They have figured out how to be incredibly efficient while still taking care of the customer - I checked in my car, got a loaner and was on the road in minutes. Previous visit I waited for the service to complete in a nice waiting room - clean, beverages provided, pleasant environment.
I got my last two vehicles from this dealership and expect to get my next one here too - I'm definitely a fan of their sales & service organizations

One of the better experiences we've had buying a car, because Schomp is straightforward about the sale details, provides complete information about the vehicle, prior ownership, etc. The trade-in value of our old car was fair and we are very happy with the CR-V we got. It got a thorough inspection and needed maintenance before the sale. The staff was friendly, helpful, never pushy, answered all our questions. We would definitely take our business there again.

We were looking for a 2003-2006 Eddy Bauer Expedition, or Navigator. In my search for a healthy vehicle and fair deal, my spouse and I must have looked at close to 30 vehicles. We did not purchase what we were shown because they were over priced, in severe disrepair, or the dealer was attempting to take advantage of our credit situation.
I saw an Expedition on the Ralph Schomp BMW website that met my criteria, so I called to scheduled a test drive. When I arrived, the vehicle was waiting at the entrance for me and I was promptly assisted by Jim Merrell my sales associate.
Durring the test drive I fell in love with the SUV. It was priced below blue book, it was sparkling clean, and it was very strong running. My only concern was my credit and my ability to qualify for financing. Jim was very understanding, and optimistic. He told me he would do his best to get me in that vehicle, or another that was on the lot.
To my surprise, Jim called me the next morning and told we had been approved for a loan, -which happened to require a significantly smaller downpayment, a lower interest rate, and a payment half the size of any other dealership.
I drove off the lot the same evening with tears of joy in my eyes! I couldn't believe, after all the headaches and disappointment, how easy Schomp had made this, and that I was driving a vehicle nicer than I had imagined.
Thank you, from the bottom of my heart! The entire team, from the helpful receptionist, Jim Merrell my sales associate, Jose in detail, and management, for the exceptional service, and creating a comfortable atmosphere and effortless buying experience.
I will recommend Ralph Schomp to everyone I know, and I will absolutely be back in the future.

Express Service facility works very well, they do a thorough job not just with the oil change but also reviewing your vehicle for other issues (they have a lovely waiting area too). It helps knowing what your issues are in the big picture beyond general maintenance. However, if you do have an issue, be prepared for the markup. I was quoted $800 for repairs to fix the issues discovered. Since that was roughly worth more than the car, I chose to take it to my local mechanic instead. I walked out for $450 instead. So, if you need something done, they will do an excellent job, just know that you're paying a premium for it.

Made the service appointment request online - they called me within 20 minutes of that to nail down the day and time. Excellent.
No problems on arrival, easy check-in - waiting room was only fair but there were also outside tables that would have been nice had it been over 40 degrees. NICE complimentary coffee machine.
I was in at 7 and told them I had to be out by 10:30 am for an appointment and the rep said "no problem".
At one point a different rep came in and explained what was being done and mentioned that based on the age of the vehicle there were other things that should be done. I had already done them at a different place and she told me i should get Shomp my service history so they don't ask these things again. I haven't done it yet but hope it avoid that hassle when I do. She told me my cabin air filter was dirty and should be replaced and that it cost $26. I could not remember when I had that done, and since my wife (it's her car) has asthma and allergies I told her to do it.
Problem is, installing the filter cost twice what the filter cost, and I wasn't informed of that little fact. That is why the professionalism grade is a "B".
However, the work was flawless and price was more than competitive with the other Honda dealer in the area for the brake flush.
I was out by 10 am, so made my appointment, but I did find it hard to find someone to check the progress as the clock ticked down, leaving me to wonder.
