"I have a 3 horse, bumper pull trailer that was over 20 years old. The tongue metal was compromised, the spare tire mount had fallen off due to rust and compromised metal, and a metal panel on the interior gate had fallen off. I asked them to fix those problems and then inspect the trailer for any other problems.
