"Zach and his team were incredible! Their first application of stain to our deck did not look good at all - due to the quality of our pressure treated wood. Zach assured me the team would come back the next day to make it right. His team decided that the best thing was to sand the entire deck and reapply the stain. His team worked 5 hours the next day - and the results are incredible! Albright was top notch - he did not charge me anything additional for the increased work - even though this was not their fault. I would strongly recommend Zach and his team to anyone. This is the absolute best company for service and customer satisfaction - they really go out of their way to ensure clients are happy."

Small jobs welcome

"This was a tough job- I had IMPOSSIBLE wallpaper that was not only expensive but soooo tough to hangâ ¦.. a combined material of wood and paper that was ridiculously hard to work with. Ivan was amazing- patient and skillful and got it done! Another paper in another room was not the color I saw on the internet and even though it was the wrong color I thought I would try to paint over the grass cloth because I couldnâ t return it anyway. He painted and sponged to make it fabulous!! Better than if I had the color I expected! Seriously- this guy is a precise, calm, skilled problem solver who is on time, works hard and absolutely no wasted time! I wish I could give 10 stars!"

Window Cleaning questions, answered by experts

Solar screens are low-maintenance but benefit from occasional cleaning with mild soap and water. Avoid using harsh chemicals or pressure washing, as these can damage the mesh. Inspect screens annually for tears or loose frames to maintain performance. In dusty or coastal areas, more frequent cleaning may be necessary to prevent buildup.

Clean high-traffic areas such as kitchen surfaces, bathroom surfaces, and bedding once per week. Deep clean other areas every three months to a year. How you use a space can help you figure out how often it should be cleaned, with areas where eating, bathing, and food prep occur getting the most frequent attention.

Yes, you can create a solution of dish soap and hot water to create a cleaning solution. You’ll want to mix about one to two drops of dish soap for every 8 ounces of hot water. If you use too much soap, it’ll create too many suds and make it harder to effectively wash away.

Costs depend on fabric type, drape size, cleaning method, and whether additional services like pressing or deodorizing are included.

Window cleaning costs around $220, on average, but you could pay anywhere from $150 to $300 or more, depending on the number of windows, how accessible they are, and the type of windows. Some professional window cleaners charge on a per-window basis at around $10 per window, while others provide a single price for your entire home. Either way, more windows will mean higher cleaning costs. Picture windows tend to be the most affordable because they don’t require cleaning of internal components, while double-hung windows and skylights increase your price because they’re more complicated to clean and less accessible.
