The overall experience was really good. I found them on Angie's List and used a coupon for the job.

This company was on time, friendly, thorough, and went above and beyond in their services by also cleaning up leaves I'd raked into very large piles--no charge! They cleaned and hauled away all the trimmed branches and remains of their work. They checked with me before they left to see if I was satisfied, as well as made suggestions for some minimal further trimming I'd not asked for that they were correct in "seeing" the need for as they worked--no charge!

Easy to schedule and got the work done quickly. I was amazed at how easy it was to do business, transaction was smooth from start to finish.I really appreciate a company that operates with integrity and honesty in everything they do. I will be using them again and referring as much as I can, a company like this deserves to be busy all the time.

Great job! I had purchased two Angie's List Big Deal coupons to get fir tree fixed. When I spoke to Jason he told me that he'd come out to the house and take a look at the tree and would look at my other trees while on site. He promptly sent me an itemized quote for me to choose from. Additionally, it was not an upsell, but just something he noticed on one tree - I have several others and he only mentioned the locust that I had already being thinking about having trimmed. When I called to schedule, Jason also took the time to explain my various options. As a picky AL subscriber, I appreciated that. He told me when his crew would be there, what they would do, and what I should expect. And it all went exactly as he told me. I came back from work the day of the service and the trees looked great, everything had been cleaned, and I couldn't have been happier. Finally, the price is quite competitive, even without the AL Big Deal. I would definitely recommend to anyone else looking for tree service.

They did a great job. They were easy to work with and flexible in their scheduling. It was $625 total, but I had the special from Angie’s List, so I think it ended up being $420. I would rate them highly.

I thought that it was pricy even with the Big Deal. Scheduling was a little bit difficult.

They were on time and did a very through job. The tree looks great now and I am sure it will weather a heavy snow storm this winter better and fill out and look even better in the spring. Thanks for the great job, I would highly recomend this company to anyone.

All I can say is WOW! Finally a company that is price reasonable, punctual, honest and professional. I found DLC on Angie's List Big Deal (I purchased two coupons). When I contacted DLC, I reached Jason who schedule a visit to my home within a few days. Jason was profession, honest and enjoyable to work with. He provide a very detailed estimate along with other services that may be recommended. I felt very happy with the price and services he quoted. I appreciate Jason did not try to sell me into any other services I was not intersted in. Jason indicated he would schedule me within two weeks. Jason called me a week early and had an opening available the next day. I was able to work out my schedule for his crew to arrive. On the day of services, the crew was professional and talked me through the process they would be doing. The crew was amazing! They removed two large trees in a very short amount of time. The crew also let me know when they were taking a lunch break, so I could let my dogs out in the backyard. Upon completion, the crew did a great job on cleaning up. I was very satisfied overall with my experience with everyone at DLC.

I used an Angie's List Big Deal to trim two large SIlver Maple trees in my front yard. Jason and his crew did a fabulous job, were very friendly, responsive and professional. I was able to get a quote within a few days, and they had an opening come up so the job was done the next day! I will definitely be calling DLC again.

The guys at DLC Arbor Services did a fantastic job fixing the hack job Excel Energy did on my locust tree to make room for thier precious power lines. I was almost certain the hugh "V" chopped into my tree could not be repaired. DLC came out and assured me they could make things right and they did. Not only did they repair Excel's work, they also thinned, lifted and reshaped the tree and it looks great! I'd definitely recommend them to friends and family.

I have used DLC Arbor Services for all of my tree work for the last seven years. They do excellent tree work of all types, including pruning, spraying, and fertilizing my trees, as well as tree removal and stump grinding. Their prices are reasonable, their employees are reliable, hard-working, and trustworthy, and they show up when they say they will. They also do an outstanding job cleaning up after they've finished the job. I feel that the work they do is worth the price.

The most impressive part of the tree trimming was the clean-up. The yard was raked and the sidewalks were broom swept.
