They were punctual, professional and left everything clean.

The tree trimming was excellent. However, someone on the crew moved my self-winding water hose stand in order to place their ladder next to the house. The short hose that ran from the faucet to the stand was jerked so hard that the metal hose connection to the faucet pulled apart causing a large spray of water and ruining the hose. Instead of reporting what they had done to my wife and fixing or replacing the hose, they just shut the water off at the faucet and didn't say anything. I found this when I went to water some plants. I had to cut the hose off and put a new end on it where it connected to the faucet. This could have been handled better.

Very responsive and job was well done.

I was worried about some winter damaged trees, they came out and gave me a diagnosis right away. I used a coupon to pay for pruning and removing deadwood on a plum and aspen - we decided to leave the ash as it wasn't feeling well and needed to be treated first. I decided to have both the ash and the aspen treated with bug killer, as well as deep root fertilization.They did the pruning really quickly, the fertilization and bug killer was at a later date (the company is split into multiple divisions to target certain services better). I gave them a 'B' on responsiveness due to the last - I had to call and ask when it was going to happen before someone scheduled. They were very punctual in scheduling and showing up once reminded, though. :)

DLC, Jason, and I played phone tag but we kept with it and finally connected. He was very knowledgeable and gave me a very reasonable bid as I asked for more than $99 worth of work. The day the crew came out it rained (hadn't rained in weeks and was afraid I would have to reschedule). Rain and all, they did an amazing job and I would highly recommend using DLC Arbor Services. Like I said, I just found my "tree company".

The whole experience was pleasant. They were pretty quick to get the work done and very flexible. Initially took the time to walk our property and give us advice and suggestions. We had just cut down several juniper bushes and were placing them in our trash containers to get rid of them. I asked the guy that was trimming our Plum tree how much he would charge to dispose of the branches (which were eight garbage bags full) and he said they would be happy to do it free of charge. I was really pleased...it would of taken us about a month to get rid of all those. Overall, they were professional, pleasant, and speedy. I will definitely be using them for all my future tree services and would recommend also.

Service was scheduled at 8 AM on Monday, July 2, 2012.The young man showed up at about 8:30 and immediately started work after I took him through the yard and pointed out what was to be done.I was surprised there was only 1 guy, but he was very effecient and professional.He began in the backyard where he chainsawed 3 pussywillows and dragged all the long branches out into the front driveway.He continued to trim and remove the deadwood in the remaining 6 pussywillows and drag all of that debris out to the driveway.He then brought a very large ladder into the backyard and reduced the length of some branches on a young maple tree.All of this, so far, has taken him about 2 hours and he mentioned that another guy was coming over with the stump grinderfrom another location. Within about 20 minutes, the stump grinder showed up and that young man went to work immediatley.I was doing some of my own pruning of the dogwood in the backyard when the 1st guy came over and grabbed all the branches I had cut and took them out to the chipper/shredder!The 2 men took a lunch for about 30 minutes and then started on the large locust tree in front. He got his gear on and climbed into the tree and began chain-sawing the big branches out. It was amazing at how quick he got through that and what a great job he did!!The man who was stump grinding got finished with his job and came out and helped the other man clean up the locust branches. They both raked the yard, sidewalks, street and cleaned everything up.By 2:00 PM, they were finished.All in all I think they did a fantastic job!! It was a very hot day (96 degrees) and they just kept working till the job was done! Everything-from the time I called to get an estimate till the job was complete was completely satisfactory and very professional!! I would definetly call DLC again AND recommend them to anyone!!

Jason gives you a free, friendly, detailed written estimate. He also gives good advice and is very knowledgeable. We just moved in and had a huge, long neglected Ash tree that needed lots of work, Aspens that were dead, a ugly bushes (that bite) that needed removed. Ken & Daryl were fantastic. Very friendly. Ken is an expert, amazingly entertaining up in a tree and can also give good advice on other trees. Daryl works hard and racks, picks up, and cleans up everything. I would definately have them back!

They did good service. I would use them again.

I ordered the tree services for two overgrown trees and bush in the front yard. Jason called promptly and said they were very busy but would try and get out in three weeks and they came in two. They trimmed the trees quickly and everything looks great!

They did a marvelous job and were so considerate of my needs. They were prompt in responding when I called and sent someone out for an estimate right away. They were upfront in telling me that they might not be able to get to me for a while, which was fine. They cleaned up completely and even swept the patio; it looked nicer than when they came.

I called DLC Arbor to get an estimate for getting a spruce tree removed from our front yard. Jason called me back and said he would be out to do an estimate and would let me know afterwards. He called, told me he stopped by, and I saw the estimate on the front door when I got home from work one day. Due to equipment / scheduling issues, he wasn't able to schedule the tree removal until 3 weeks later. However, when the day came, the service was fantastic. DLC Arbor arrived around 9:15am and were done by 10am. They removed the spruce, ground and removed the stump, and cleaned up the entire area. The before and after say it all...it doesn't even look like a tree was there. I would definitely recommend these guys...they were friendly, professional, and did a great job removing the tree and stump. And when asked for recommendations, they also helped determine what would be a good replacement tree for our front yard (non-pine, and not 5 feet from the house...).

It went well... from start to finish. Jason was very courteous and prompt in returning my phone calls. He had a cancellation and as a result was able to get our pine tree removed a few days earlier. We had several tree removal companies wanting the business but Jason's bid and coupon (and nice attitude) won the job.

Hire Jason and his crew! Jason made an appointment for an estimate and asked me what I wanted done, explained what the crew would do, gave me me a most reasonable estimate. After getting three bids the estimate by Jason and his professionalism left no doubt as to whom to hire. Jason's crew arrived on time, we walked thru the work order and the two men began to work. They worked hard, they brought items to my attention to consider before they proceeded, they were polite, careful and thorough. I have already recommended DLC and Jason to two others! Any tree, shrub and related work will only be done by DLC -- they are amazing. You can't go wrong with DLC!

--This was the greatest company I have ever hired! Everything was done quickly, cleaned up to perfection and on top of that the guys were soooo nice. As I was discussing with Josh exactly what he did, he was walking around picking up a few twigs that I don't even think belonged to tree he trimmed. I would definately hire them again.

I called and arranged a time to meet to get an estimate. The contact person was nice and informative. He even gave me some tips on how to care for the trees on my own, which was helpful. I got a call later that week arranging the date and time for the crew to come out and do the work. They did a nice job and good clean up.

Josh and Paul of DLC Arbor spent all day grinding down the four foot diameter tree stump of an old, gigantic cottonwood tree that we had cut down last fall. We got excellent customer service from start to finish. Jason came out in April to give us the estimate. He was on time and very professional. When we made a decision to hire him, he scheduled us immediately, and his crew came out a week later. On the day they were to do the work, Josh and Paul arrived on time and got to work. They worked very hard and eventually got the massive tree stump ground down. They also removed and cut up the junipers and the ash tree. They stacked the wood from the ash tree against our fence as we had asked for them to do. During the whole process, the guys continued to rake and clean up the huge mess. We are extremely happy with the work of DLC Arbor, and highly recommend them.

They came out a week ago last Thursday. The experience was really good. We were very much satisfied with their work. I don't have much to compare their price. We got a coupon off Angie's List that was helpful.

Just bought a house and needed to do a bunch of landscaping work including regrading the lawn and installing new sod. Before I could do that properly though I needed to remove the junipers and the large dying silver maple in the backyard. Arranged an estimate with Jason and he was quick to respond and better yet, he showed up earlier than expected on the appointed day! Can't say the same for some of the other people I called, so that was an immediate plus for me. He looked at the trees that needed to be removed, gave me estimates on all the work promptly. He also went above and beyond and helped me identify a beautiful tree in the front yard that I didn't know the name of and gave me tips on maintenance so I can keep that beauty alive. At the end I told him I wanted to grow a Japanese garden in the backyard with a cherry blossom tree and recommended a few species, though he did say they were quite rare to find here in Colorado. He also recommended a few nurseries around the area to get some trees. All in all, seemed very knowledgeable, punctual, professional and responsive, so I gave him an A in all those categories. When the work is done in the future, I'll update this for the price and quality of the work along with any additional comments.

They came on a Big Deal. Both me and my wife had some requests. When the guy came out I couldn’t tell him what my wife wanted. He got upset at me because he would have to come back to do what my wife wanted. When they came back the second time they needed to go onto my neighbor’s property. They put ruts in his driveway and big ruts on both my property and his. I expected the ruts on my land but had no expectation there would be ruts on my neighbor’s property. He called me upset. The bottom line is they didn’t fix the ruts. I went down to smooth out the ruts. When I called the company to complain I was told that I should have called right away. I waited a couple weeks because I wanted to have them do the insect spraying I needed. They told me they would contact me the following week to set up an appointment and I never heard back from them. The services they provided were not cheap. The discount felt like a bait and switch.

I cannot say enough about Jason and the crew at DLC Arbor Services. Jason came out, gave me his bid, and stuck to it. No surprises. What was a pleasant surprise was the thoroughness of the DLC crew. They looked after all the major and little details down to clearing out my wife's flower garden from last year's growth. The crew did everything on the list and the clean up job (which was quite large) was done so that, except for the great new appearance of my yard, you would never have known someone was here working for a full day. I would highly recommend DLC Tree Services. My wife was impressed and completely satisfied with the work also. I should note that no trees were cut down, but trees and bushes were cut back to be more their normal height and look.

They are fantastic! They were competent, knowledgeable, timely, organized, professional, and cleaned up after them selfs.

I checked beforehand to see if they would remove a hedge. Jason promptly wrote back and said they did, so I bought the Big Deal. It was less than a week between the estimate and the work, and the work done was fantastic - you can't see where the hedge was at all! And everyone was so nice and friendly - that's a big plus. I'd definitely recommend DLC Arbor for your tree (and bush) needs.
