Awesome. Meticulous. Every so often he would climb down and see what it looked like. They came out fantastic the next spring.

The owner was able to work me in to an earlier date than my original appointment, which I appreciated. The crew rang ahead to let me know they were on their way. The two men were prompt and began work immediately. They did the job expertly and cleaned up and hauled away the debris before leaving. I'm a very fussy gardener and homeowner and I was very happy with the work.

They did such a good job. All around, they were great.

Great job. My yard was overgrown and he didn't over prune so it still looked lush at the end. Price was very reasonable and he was very pleasant and knowledgeable. I will call him again soon.

We have a 12 year old willow tree that we planted when we first moved to our property. It grew so rapidly and easily that we didn't even pay attention to it until the last few years, when we started to notice dead limbs and bugs affecting its growth. We were in need of some good advice and Jason was great. He did a long phone consultation with us which helped us wait until he could squeeze us into his schedule. He was always up front about lead time to make it out here and stayed in good communication with us. He even suggested taking out a different dead tree in our yard, which added only $10 to the bill. We very much appreciated Jason's time and expertise, and with his guidance, we will give our willow another year with plenty of water to prove that it wants to live!

Other than a 6 week wait for the service due to a large workload (the reason for the overall B rating) the tree looks great and I can't wait to see the result after leaf out. I will use them again when I need similar work done.

It went well overall. There were several delays in getting to actual service performance, but that was not the fault of the service provider. The provider came and made an assessment and provided me with a cost estimate for both full and partial service. Eventually when i had decided which part of the service to accept, a date was set for service. The provider arrived promptly, was courteous and very professional. And the trees got trimmed!

They came and gave an estimate and then came back about 6 weeks later to do the trimming. We had to wait for a prolonged period of cold weather in order for them to be able to cut the trees. I didn't have to be at home in order for them to perform the service. Overall, it went well.

Weren't as prompt returning calls or coming fro service as I had hoped, but perhaps quite busy because of Angie's List promotion.

It took a while to get our tree trimming scheduled, but once it was done the crew did a great job. They were helpful in educating me about the trees I have and what I may need to do in the future.

DLC came out for an initial evaluation and estimate, and from there were scoped out the work that we needed. We have 3 deciduous trees that are now very large, and have grown close into our house. Trimming them for maximum house safety, tree health, and summer shade was important. The guys at DLC were very helpful and understood right away what we needed and were trying to accomplish.

Jason was courteous and professional. He was 2 months late completing the work but I still will use him for future work. He made every effort to save the tree and offered advice on what would be cost effective.He gave me alternatives to cutting down the tree which other arborists did not do.

They came, they did the job, they left. They were good. I have a tree that is large and a bit lopsided. I was concerned about the proper way to trim it without making it look stupid or damaging it seriously. I think they did exactly what was needed.

We decided to wait until early winter when all the flower beds under the trees are dormant. Work is scheduled for right after the first of the year.

What a pleasant experience! Jason was extremely knowledgable, and directed me as to what was the most important to be done now and what could wait until spring.His services were very reasonable. The work that was performed was done perfectly and exactly when he stated that it would be done, not to mention everything was completely cleaned up afterward! I have already referred him to my friend, and will have him back in the spring to do more work. Best contractor I've worked with on Angie's List.

Work was done promptly and professionally. However, one tree was not pruned per agreed instructions. This was remedied within 2 days. The trees look better and should be healthier for it.
