DLC sprays our trees throughout the year and they are always quick to respond when we need anything extra. In December we needed two trees removed that had just grown randomly on the side of our yard. DLC was very quick to respond and did a great job.

DLC did a good job with the trees and left my yard free of debris. It was a little bit of work getting the work scheduled after I accepted their quote - I had to call them twice - but, otherwise, it was a very pleasant experience. Quality work, good price, professional, and just a little hassle. A good service provider based on my experience.

we just needed a tree trimmed in our yard. They came out and gave an estimate, and got it soon after. There is no real story to be told. Quick, professional, reasonable. Just perfect.

I was very satisfied with the work DLC Arbor Services Inc did for us and I would certainly call them again. In fact, they will return in a month or so to do deep root fertilization for threes in front and back. I am impressed with this company.

Jason came out and bid on all my trees. But the cost of all was $1200, so I just did the biggest tree facing the street.

The work was done with no problems. The crew arrived as stated in the notification phone call and completed the work as discussed. The only difficulty was in communication. The initial response and estimate were provided promptly. Getting answers/ clarifications of the estimate took several days as responses were a bit slow. When I asked to schedule the work I was told they were about 3 weeks out with scheduling and would let me know what day when it got closer. I expected them about a week before Christmas. In fact it was after New Year's (2-3 weeks later than expected) before I got the call that they were coming. I had company during the holidays so had not followed up but was preparing to call them when they finally did the work. While there was no urgency about the work it was disappointing that scheduling information was not updated--as if my business was of no concern to them.

I would recommend this company. They were prompt professional, and did a very good job. They were also very easy to communicate with. They know how to do the job and got it done very quickly and cleaned up after themselves, left the place clean. They even did extra things I asked them to do which were not on the list; such as cutting down a large Ponderosa pine tree, taking a pile of wood scraps I was going to take to the dump, and digging out old junipers shrubs.

They called me back promptly. Came out and gave a quote promptly, and arrived exactly on time as they said they would. In fact, their punctuality was surprisingly accurate! They showed up at exactly 8:00 AM. Their work was well done, he went above and beyond and made sure to get all the outlying scrappy trees in addition to the main ones that were the problem. He was quick, had a good cleanup etc. My only minor concern was one of my communication lines got torn away from my house and I had to fix it myself. Other than that they were great and I would highly recommend for any arbor work. Also the price was fantastic!

It went great- came out the Monday after I purchased deal and gave me an estimate. Then the next day the work was performed. The workers were nice and they cleaned up all trimmings.

They trimmed a tree to clear a light pole. I looked very natural, like it was not trimmed. They also trimmed the evergreen hedge in the back. He just did a great job. I was very happy with them.

He came out when I was not here which was fine. When I got him I noticed the work he did was great. He also cleaned up after himself which was a plus. If I need the services again I would use them in the future.

Purchased two Angie's List coupons - 2 X $200 for $800 worth of services total. He came and gave an estimate for all the services I suggested which a pretty long list. Three tall blue spruces, two mature green ash trees and two overgrown shrub-trees. His estimate came in just over the $800 total, and I okayed it all. He did an excellent job doing more thinning of the trees than I expected. Very pleased. All communication was very good and courteous.

We needed the tree removed in a timely manner because the house was under contract and its removal was a condition of the contract. Jason worked proactively with us to ensure the work was scheduled and completed in time, even though it was right around "the Holidays." His crew downed the tree, cleaned up the site. Some branches and debris were left up in the gutters of the roof (25-30 feet up), and when I pointed it out to him, Jason ensured that someone came back and cleaned that up. He was obviously focused on customer satisfaction throughout the process.

Called for an estimate - found Jason to be forthright and open to discussion about options. Said could do service the next week but later called and did it the next day. Price was reasonable the crew that did the work extremely knowledgeable. Even check to see if it was what I wanted. Would strongly recommend this company!

I was very impressed with their business like manner. Very courteos and very fair estimate - I was able to take advantage of a coupon on the Angie website which made the price awesome. They did a great job on the tree and a great jjob on communicating with me from time to time to assure we were on the same page, and they did a great job cleaning up.

I liked them. The owner was very responsive, calls back when I call him, and is here when he tells me he will be here. I would recommend them.
