It was great. They were on time, prompt, and effecient. Everything was just as I had planned.

My experience with them was fine. I like the owner of the company. He seemed nice, competent, his crew was fine. If we needed tree service I would definitely hire them again. I think this maybe the one where we had purchased that and we still ended up paying the full bill anyways, but I could be mistaken about that.

The quote came in higher than expected so we got a refund.

From start to finish, DLC was superb! Jason called me quickly to come out and evaluate our problem areas in the yard. All members of the team were on time, courteous and professional. Once all services were completed, we had an immediate problem with our large 30' ash tree in our front yard. (Cold snap this Spring). We are relocating and need to put our house on the market in 7 days and had just received a letter from the HOA saying our ash is dead and we need to remove it. I called Jason immediately and he was able to send a guy out within 15 minutes to check out the tree. Thankfully, the tree is still alive...just stressed. Jason said he would send me a letter in writing for the HOA explaining that the tree is in fact, not dead to help out this homeowner. All for no additional charge. We are blown away with DLC's service and would RECOMMEND them to everyone!

The worker trimmed overlong branches on a honeylocust back as spedified. He also trimmed dead branches off two ponderosas and a Douglas fir. He noticed a broken branch on the fir that I had not seen and cut it off for no extra cost. He was friendly and efficient and I would definitely use this company again for similar work.

I had a great experience dealing with them. They took me in quickly when I called and they did the work on time.It's a simple job but they take the job.

Everyone I worked with at DLC was very professional. I received a quick response to my request for a quote. The work was scheduled in the timeframe they promised. The team that did the work was on time and professional. They were very careful in removing the tree not to damage our lawn, sprinkler system etc. They did a great job of cleaning up all the debris. We were very pleased with their work and recommend them to others.

The tree removal, cutting and trimming went very well. They cleanup and my yard looks great. I would highly recommend their services.

I thought they were professional. I did work with another tree service previously and I found them to be competitive with that company.

It worked out pretty good. They did leave some rope behind and broke a picket on my fence. They did come back to repair it. There was some confusion on the final bill. They collected the check when they came back for the repair. Later, they sent me an email with another invoice and called asking for additional payment. I responded to them and told them I could cancel the check and take the cancel fees out of it then pay them again, but never heard a response.

They did a great job. For the money I got a lot of work done.

They were great! Very professional and courteous. They did exactly what they promised, on time and checked to make sure I was satisfied. I hired them in the fall of 2010,and again in the spring of 2011. And plan to hire them again soon.

Company gave us an estimate for several areas of our front and back yard, but we stayed with the service provided through the coupon. We did ask the company to call prior to coming out, but returned home one afternoon to find the tree trimmed. Company did carry off cut branches and cleaned up well. Overall, the company provided the service we paid for in a timely manner, but wish they would have called prior to coming out. The tree was well trimmed and provides a good amount of sun and shade to the yard.

the tree stump was ground down, they were clean and left juts the ground up stump for me to clean up.

Overall I am satisfied. My only issue is that while moving a heavy piece of equipment from the driveway and across the yard, the workers damageda number of pieces of the flagstone walkway. I was not home at the time and gave my okay to do this - however I feel some safeguards could have been put in place to prevent the damage. I would use them again, however would plan to be home based on this first experience.

They showed up on time and were extremely nice and professional. The estimate was almost double that of the people we ended up hiring.

It went well in all respects. Estimator came when he said he would, left and estimate. Conversed several times via e-mail and set the appt. They arrived within 30 mins of appt time, which is acceptable, they got started right away, discussed the trees, with me, discussed the work, were careful around the septic tanks, cleaned up and even left the shavings when I said I wanted them. I would use their service again.

These guys were so good! The estimate was fair and professional. They gave us "do it yuorslef" options to save money. The tree trimming was done so well--our trees look amazing now 10 months later.

They did a good job of trimming two trees and they removed a tree. They were very accommodating and affordably priced. Gave me a realistic estimate of what I needed done and what I could wait for. They didn’t try to sell me more than I needed. I was really pleased with their service. They came out quickly.

The tree trimmers were prompt, professional and did a great clean up of all the limbs (except for in the garden, as I had requested. I would rather noone clean my garden, except me). The cuts were exactly as ordered, and I am very pleased with the result. I used a great Angie's list coupon, so the price was GREAT!

We were required to prune one trees for our homeowner's insurance and decided to have some other trees pruned at the same time. We had estimates from Swingle, Davey, and DLC. All three were professional and knowledgeable. The DLC estimate came in about $400 less than Swingle and $500 less than Davey so we gave them a try. The crew showed up on time as scheduled and took a few minutes to talk with us to review the work ordered. I went work and came home to beautifully trimmed trees and almost no tree trimming scraps. When our bill came it was the same price as the estimate. We are pleased with the service and will use DLC again in the future.
