My inspector Tim K. was on time, courteous, professional, but most importantly thorough with his inspection. While face-to-face, he went through photos taken during his inspection, explained areas of concern of and pointed out things that would require follow up maintenance as a homeowner. I appreciated his candor and will definitely request his services again.

Axium did a wonderful job, our inspector was Brian Mcginn and he was so thorough and knowledgeable. He took the time after the inspection to go over EVERYTHING with us.

Showed up early, well organized helping a young lady shadowing and learning what to do. Very personable as well. Jim Hardin was referred to me by my Managing Broker as his exclusive inspector. I do not do near as much business as the broker but Jim will be my first choice from now on.

David was very knowledgeable and thorough. He took the time to explain things to me and conducted himself in a professional manner. Highly Recommended.

Mike did a thorough and professional job

I had an issue with scheduling due to unforseen cercumstances on their part. Rescheduled without a problem but was later asked to reschedule again. I opted not to reschedule letting them know if they could not get the work done I would use another company that could. They figured it out and honered the time and I am glad they did. Patrick installed my system and did and exellent job. At the end of the day I am sure the scheduling issue was a one off and I would recommend the work these folks do is top notch.

The inspector Jeff was very good and explained any and all problem areas. Documented with pics as well. Would hire again!

Jim Hardin was very detailed with the inspection he did. Loved that he was so informative and we felt like we could ask him anything about any concerns we were having. So friendly and made us feel calm and in good hands. Definitely would recommend him!

Tim H. and Marc B.did inspections on two houses I was looking at, you could not ask for a more thorough inspection than what they provided. I would recommend Axiuma to anyone that needs a home inspection.

These people let me down two times. 1. I knew we were buying a property that had some cracks in the foundation. So I mentioned to the inspector to check them out to tell us how bad it was. The inspector was lazy and only spent 5 mins in the crawl space, then came back and said everything was good. I couldnt believe it, so I went into the crawl space and found 10 cracks and took a bunch of pictures. This is just unreal. 2. The inspector missed a significant leak in the shower that was leaking through the ceiling in the basement. So I tried to use their 90 day warranty, but it is close to impossible to get in touch with the third party company and they ask for very specific wording from the plumber (who could care less about this stuff) in order to process your claim. Overall, this warranty is total BS because its not user friendly to access and takes days to get an email response. Overall, these guys are terrible at inspecting, unprofessional when it comes to their terms. I wish I got my 100s of dollars back. My DIY home remodeling friend and myself were able to spot issues better than the inspectors who showed up from Axium. Stay away from this company. Its a scam.
