Their customer service is horrible!!! Axium installed a radon mitigation system in 2017. It was red-tagged during a home inspection for the sale of the house because the fan/manometer was not working. I turned the fan off/on which then worked however the manometer still did not. Even though it was still under warranty, they said they would only come out if a radon test comes back above EPA approved levels. Since the home is being, sold this was not acceptable because the buyers expect a completely working system. I had to beg and plead to get a technician out as well as pay for a radon test. When the technician did not show, I called to find out what happened. They told me the technician was there for 20 mins and re-wired the fan. This was a complete lie, since I work from home right next to the radon fan and had video. I explained that the technician only got out of his car to drop the radon test off, then sat in his car for 4 mins. They did not seem to care. I had to request to escalate my issue to the CEO because they wanted to charge me $150 service fee. They then agreed to send another technician out and waive the fee. The technician found the tubing to the manometer had come out, so he quickly replaced it. I was then charged $50 service fee but paid it since I just wanted the dang thing over and mailed the test in the package they provided (which I had to provide postage on). Once I paid, they gave me a link to a new warranty (since the warranty I had has changed) fo me to access my test. I kept waiting for the results, however, the picture in the portal only contained the picture of the non-working manometer I sent them. After a week, I called to find out if the test results had come back. I was told they did not have the test results and told me to call the testing company! I need another Radon Mitigation system in my new home and definitely will not be using them.

Axium is very professional and systematic. They have several different home inspection options make sure you get everything you need to be included in the inspection.

Contact was minimal however when I spoke with Jerry he was thorough, professional and honest.

The homeowner needs to understand that the basement floor protrusions (i.e. piping, supports, drains, etc.) and expansion joins may leak ambient air thru the slab, thus your new system will withdraw air thru these protrusions. With that being said air will travel with the least resistance and may not be as effective removing any trapped radon from under the slab. The only true method to determine if your new system is successful it to retest periodically. Make sure your vendor will follow-up on your installation at a future date to insure everything is working as represented.

I attended their school, overall program was very well put together. The team of instructors were very well qualified and notably seemed to care about the students goals.

I have used Axium Inspections for three properties as of now and each time they have been incredibly thorough, detailed, professional, and punctual. Very reasonably priced inspections, Radon testing, and Sewer scopes too. At this point, I will use Axium for all of my future home purchases and I would highly recommend them to anyone. I mean, they have 4.9 stars with 1300+ reviews at this point... This company is doing something right and it shows. Thank you for doing a thorough job on the inspections and ultimately saving me from buying a house that I should not have been in!

Excellent inspection. Very thorough and professional. Quite helpful for anyone who wants peace of mind in a real estate purchase.

I had two radon mitigation systems installed and both had electrical issues. One kept tripping the gfci outlet which they came out later to fix. Just had an inspection done and this same system is leaking. The other one the installer fried my hot wire. An electrician came out and told me he saw the hot was touching the neutral which explains why the installer who told me he kept trying to reset the circuit breaker over and over, fried the wiring. Of course they try to deny it. They took a picture of the gfci outlet at the time. They told me they would send me the picture but never did. Most likely this was due to the fact I mentioned time stamp which makes their picture and case useless. It ended up costing me $680 to get fixed. When talking to them on the phone they come across as really nice and wanting to work with me every single time. But the reality is they won t hold themselves accountable for their own actions. Not a company of integrity by a long shot. Their installers are not licensed electricians at the time of install and was told they don t have licensed electricians. The two licensed electricians that looked at it both told me they should have given the radon mitigation system it s own circuit instead of cheaply tying it in with the sump pump at both places.

Great job, was easy to schedule, cleaned up. Have new white carpet,could not tell they had even been in the house. Was willing to work with me and get paid at closing. Reasonable prices. Will use again

Inspector unable to go on roof due to short ladder. Second inspector needed to be hired by me to inspect roof.
