It was very important to me to go with a contractor with General Liability coverage as well as Errors and Ommission coverage. I knew that the contractor was protected, as was I, while they were on the property - on the roof inspecting. Dan, who completed the Home Inspection, couldn't have been more professional and personable. I highly recommend Axium as well as their affiliate, Colorado Home Inspection Plus.

What a great experience! We hired Axium to inspect a new build, and Dirck was so friendly and thorough. He explained everything as we went along and took the time answer any questions I had. The people I spoke with to book the appointment were also very friendly and informative. The end report was also very extensive and complete.

I hired them, they came out to do a test and took my money, but left me no information on when to expect the test back, who to call, or even a business card. It was a week ago and I do not know what to expect next

I was blown away by the quality of service I received. Not only was our inspection very detailed and thorough but our inspector was also very friendly and helpful in answering our questions. He found big things I would hope any inspector would notice, and also many many many small things that I was oblivious to even after several walkthroughs. Easily worth the money.

There were a few (minor) things that were pointed out at the inspection that were not included in the report. It all worked out in the end. Excellent company to deal with, prompt, courteous, and I had the report later that day! Would recommend.

Our inspector, Jerry, did a great job inspecting our home. He was very knowledgeable and was able to talk me through some of things I did not understand. Jerry even took his shoes off when he walked on our carpet; something I thought wasn't necessary, but was very professional. He was very thorough with the inspection and I trust the work that he performed.

Wade, the owner of Axium, was very pleasant and professional on the phone. However, he assured me that either he, or his most experienced inspector would be doing our home inspection. When we arrived for the inspection, he had in fact sent his youngest and least experienced inspector. We were willing to give the young man an opportunity, but his communication skills were awful, and within minutes we lacked any confidence at all in the quality of work he would do. He seemed uncommunicative and thoroughly uninterested in his work. Ultimately we asked him to leave and found another company to complete the work. No one ever followed up with us.
