Excellent. We hired Allstar for the entire day. Matt was outstanding and very customer service oriented. He was willing to take care of whatever we needed during the day. He made one trip for supplies and returned with everything he needed. He was great to work with and we'd ask for him again if we need an electrian in the future.

The electrician looked over the wiring first to make sure it was not a wiring problem. When he determined unit was bad offered to replace and gave me a quote. I decided to proceed. The unit was a bit pricey but not something they could control. Was able to quickly replace and test the unit. There was a problem with the unit shutting off properly, but the electrician was able to come back that same day to resolve this as well at no extra charge.

I was happy that they came when they said they would and did what was contracted. Jason even was happy to explain a few things I was not quite clear on.

They were available right away and on time.

The work went very smoothly, and the electrician was very pleasant and professional.

They were very good. They had good customer service and were prompt. Dependable and reliable.

I had Gary Stone out to give us an estimate. He came on time and went through our project offering his thoughts. Two weeks later, we had not received his estimate. I called twice and left voice mail messages asking for the estimates either by mail or on my own e-mail. Now, three months later, we have yet to receive an estimate, nor a phone call explaining why our business was not important to the company. I will never call them again and encourage others to avoid using this company.

He pushed a switch and got everything working. He charged us for an hour of work, plus a service charge for his five minutes of work. I was rubbed the wrong way by that.

I called one afternoon and they responded right on time the next morning. Evaluated my options, being considerate of trying to offer me the best, lowest cost option, and finally determined that it made best sense to replace the cable entirely instead of trying to splice it together and put in a junction box. Work was done quickly and efficiently. Before he left, technician noticed the breaker box was no longer properly attached to the wall, so he added a new anchor to properly secure it. Work was done quickly, and cleaned up after.

I called and they responded. They had an electrician on site in a few hours and called me to explain problem and fixed problem same day.

After recently purchasing a home, we were informed by the cable company that they would not install cable in our finished basement. We contacted AllStar Electrical Services and they sent someone out within the week. Although (in my opinion) a bit overpriced, they did exactly what I needed them to do and thanks to them I can now enjoy cable in the basement!!

Gary came right away to do the estimate and was thorough. On day of service, they called to let us know what time they were coming. They took the time to explain what they were doing in a way that we could understand. We had a slight miscommunication about the need for the air conditioner circuit to be installed and it was not on the original bid. When I called Gary about it, he offered to add it on for and additional $100 since we were doing so much other work. They did all the work requested one day and then came back on the day of the air conditioner install to do that part. We also discovered we had to have an outlet in our kitchen moved so we called them back and they were able to come back out the next morning! We will use them again.

Gary Stone was very professional in all my conversations with him. We needed the job done ASAP and he made it happen. His technician Mike did a good job. They gave us a discount for being Angie's List members.

Fast, nice to deal with, and reasonably priced.

They were neat and clean. They came when they said they would. They worked by the hour and did a great job.

Overall, it was a good experience. They were on time, professional, quick, and took the time to explain everything to us. The work was done very well and we were very happy with the results.

I thought they were a little high on price but they did get the job done in a timely manner. He was late coming out but he did call me to let me know what time he would be there. He did a stupendous job on the breaker box.

This company completed the work in a short timeframe and came out as needed as stages of the kitchen remodel progressed. The electrician was friendly, very helpful in advising me what needed to be done, and did the work well. The company helped the electrical part of a difficult remodel go smoothly.
