Lou was terrific! He called ahead, arrived on time, and did a great job communicating while he was here. He wore shoe covers in the house - and a mask (this is COVID times) - and was even kind enough to hang out for a minute at the door while I trained my puppy to calm down when people enter the house. He did top notch work - found the arcing wires behind the outlet (yikes!) that were causing the problem, and cleaned up all of the wiring to make it code compliant and replaced the receptacles. They are our new go-to electricians going forward!

They did what they said they would, when they said they would and how they said they would. What more can you ask for?

Horrible experience. The electrician was a third party contractor, not actual employee apparently. I only found this out after calling and speaking with Gary after experiencing difficulties with honesty.. Contractor showed up 15 minutes late. He arrived 5 mins late then sat in his car for 10 mins. I later found out that's because they track their vehicles using GPS. So if the car says they are there, then they are- regardless of whether theyre actually doing work". Upon arrival he didn't know if he "had the right parts" for completing the work I needed done (which I had specified ahead of time). Took about 10 more mins fiddling around in his car for the right parts. He also went back and forth from his car to the area about 5 times, which doesn't make sense. Upon the conclusion of his work which was exactly one hour from when he started he provided me with a form to sign. I asked if he could go over the form. He said "No, just sign it". I told him I wouldn't sign without first knowing what I was signing. It was a bill for 2 hours of work. I couldn't believe it. I asked him why. He responded "If we go over one minute, then we charge an additional hour". I discussed this with them and he yelled at me. I told him that I would be calling the company to sort this out. He went out into his truck and did the same. After discussing with Gary it was agreed to the one hour of work- since that is actually how long he was there. If I hadn't pushed back or asked twice for him to explain the bill to me, I would have been out another $95. That's not cheap. Most people who use this service are probably hard-working folk like me who don't have that kind of money to just throw around. Gary said he would call me back after receiving the invoice. It has been over a week and that hasn't happened. I would not recommend this company.

Brian was prompt and made quick work of a few wiring issues. He even figured out a perplexing wiring route that had left another electrician confused. I will be using Allstar Electrical (and hopefully Brian) for all my future jobs.

Gary and his team did a spectacular job with our basement finish. Given the timeline of a finish, his team had to come multiple times, they were always punctual, always professional, cleaned up afterward, etc. The price was by far the best bid we received. I would not hesitate to recommend Allstar or use their services again.

Waldy from Allstar Electrical came to our home to install twenty five new recess can lights. He walked us through everything that needed to be done before starting the project. Waldy was very polite & professional. We will hire Allstar for all future projects!

Allstar was fantastic. Gary, the owner, came out on a Monday morning, the same morning I called, to check out the project and his electricians were at our house by Wednesday to install. Everyone was extremely professional, friendly, and punctual. Price paid was less than 1/3 of another quote I received for the same project. Would absolutely hire again!

From the first call this was an excellent experience. On the phone, they worked with me to find a good time and were extremely friendly. Waldy called ahead and showed up on time. He got right to work identifying the issues I raised and worked quickly to resolve. Replaced one bad (very old) GFI and then diagnosed a few more electrical issues throughout the house. Will hire again for electrical needs. Thanks guys!

It went pretty well. I had to find a drywall person before the second half of the job could be completed so there was quite a lot of time between the first and second visits by the electrician. The electrician was able to speak to the drywall person so he understood what was required.

Services were very professional and below other quotes obtained. Jeff kept me informed of progress. Would hire again!

This was the entire replacement /upgrade of the Main service entrance, and cleaning up some other electrical issues. Very professional, very competent, and very pleased with the finished product. We would use Allstar Electrical again, and would highly recommend the firm. Great service, fair price, and delivered as promised.

It went really well, they were very professional and excellent group to work with. They stayed in the budget that they proposed.

Allstar Electrical Services did a great job with the hook up. Jan (the office manager) was great to work with for both scheduling and billing. They were able to squeeze us in at the perfect time (when the tub was being delivered). The job looks and works well.

Chris was very courteous and professional. He quickly identified the problem, made a parts run and replaced the breaker! The process went smoothly and ended successfully with a problem solved that a previous electrician was unable to solve.

Brian from Allstar showed up exactly on time (which was great as I had to take a friend to the airport and was a little concerned that he wouldn't be there on time), and he was very friendly and professional. He assessed the situation, explained exactly what needed to be done and then completed the work in the amount of time that he estimated. I got a discount for Angie's List on the hourly rate, and I did check on the cost of materials (it was the preponderance of the bill) and the price was fair. I was very happy with the service and would definitely recommend them.

He arrived on time looked at the outlets in guest bathroom determined that the problem was a bad circuit panel in the main panel and replaced it.  He also re wired a GFCI outlet in main bathroom

When we returned from vacation our cable was out. Comcast tried to reset it a couple of times without success. When Comcast sent a tech out, he told us he thought we had a short in one of our lines and we had to tet the line replaced...they did not cover that. They suggested we call an electrician.

When I reached out to AllStar, it took about a week for us to get on their schedule because there were several electricians out sick. When Chris did arrive, he was prompt and courteous. He asked if the other outlet in the same room was working. I was not sure and neither of us had the equipment to test it. Rather than sit around while I called Comcast, he replaced the line and we took the chance that the outlet was working.

In the end, Comcast had to come back out. They told us incorrect information (they replace indoor lines all the time). So, in reality, Comcast should have fixed it.

Not knowing much about how these things work, I was uninformed and paid for a repair that should have been covered by Comcast.

I want to thank Allstar Electrical Services for the wonderful job they did for me. When I started my remodeling job I found that a 220 and a 110 outlet were old, loose, and in my opinion the wiring connections were suspect. Chris arrived on time the date of the appointment. He examined the work to be done went to the truck and in minutes was busy at work. He installed the new boxes, cleaned up the wiring and properly mounted everything. He was neat, precise, courteous and professional. The job took about and hour. I would call them back in a second and would highly recommend Allstar Electrical and Chris to anyone who needs to have electrical work done in their home.

I called several people on Angies list and AllStar Electrical had someone that could come this morning. This is an older home remolded and the electricity did not work in the garage at all this morning. Going through what ever proceedure they use Cory was baffeled but he found the problem... an in ground wire that was broken maybe wight he help of last nights rain...and did the repair.I will definitely use this company again. Thank you Allstar Electrical.

Hung a custom light in an entry way with 20' ceiling. Also helped me trouble-shoot a few outlets not functioning correctly. Courteous, professional. Absolutely no issues.
