I cut the copper cord with Centurylink where I was paying approx. $70 p/mo. for my home line and a custom ringing number for my home based business. I have saved over $5661 to date ( 5+ years) without compromising quality of service. I pay Ooma approx $15.50 p/month total with the optional Ooma Premier Service. ($9.99p/mo + State & Fed tele taxes) Without Ooma Premier, you only pay approx $5.50p/mo for State+Fed tele tax. Ooma Premier includes a 2nd telephone number, 3-way conference calling, unlimited long distance calling in the US, Mexico and Canada, simultaneous ring / call forwarding to and from my cell phone and many other benefits. "Worth every penny! Third time we've used American Arbor Care for major tree trimming and Ash Borer prevention--and Marco, Luis, and Juan were fantastic! They removed all the dead branches in our 70' high 70 yr-old ash tree, then trimmed and shaped 4 large unruly hawthorn trees, and our sprawling 15' high shrub. They cleaned everything up, and even blew out all the leaves, saving me hours of leaf raking the next day. We'll definitely have them back to trim our messy atlanthium tree next year."

"This has been going on for a month and I am tired of calling and sending emails. First serviceman who came out said we need new lines in subdivision. Called again and a service person said it was fixed. It was not. Called 2-3 more times and they said it was fixed and still I hear humming and static. They gave me a $11.50 credit on my line last bill. This has been ongoing and I am of the opinion that Century Link does not care about giving me the expert service I deserve. I pay my bill every month and they do not deliver. I would not recommend Century Link. I believe they have gone downhill and they sure don't care about the customer anymore."
