They did a fantastic job!! I expected a 2 day job-but they did the total job in about an hour and a half-there were no signs trees had ever been there. The men were professional, polite-and really knew what they were doing. It was fun to watch..Quick response time getting the estimates and the service..would highly recommend and would for sure use again.

I used Mountain High to resolve an embarrassing situation in which a Siberian Elm limb had fallen on a neighbor's roof and lightly damaged their gutters. Mountain High removed the damaged limb without causing further damage to the neighbor's roof, did a complete prune of the remainder of the tree, and did an excellent job cleaning up after themselves and hauling away debris. Our neighbor commented very positively on the fact that the trimming crew came over to their yard and cleaned debris on their side as well. My neighbors and I were both very pleased with the service. The company was sensitive to the fact I was working night shifts at the time and was therefore a daytime sleeper, and scheduled their visits around my sleep habits. Following the trim, the crew even advised me on additional problem areas to look out for and explained future steps we could take to ensure the health of our tree. Thanks, Mountain High!

Prompt arrival for estimate. I was not home when the work was done, but work was done as expected and they did a great job cleaning up all the debris. No sign that they were even there other than a little sawdust on the ground. Recommended them to a friend and they were pleased with the service as well.

They came out and looked at my trees and told me how to take care of them this winter and also diagnosed what was wrong with them. There was no charge because they felt any work on them would this spring/summer.

The tree trimming crew showed on time the day they were scheduled with a bucket truck and another truck with a shredder. They did a very good job trimming all the trees and did a great job cleaning up the yard afterwards raking up all the branches, twigs and leaves. We were not at home when the second crew cae by and deep fertilized the silver maple.

Excellent. They were on time, professional. They cut the trees down very safely as to avoid pedestrians and street traffic. The ground the trees and the stumps. Then they raked and removed all debris from the lawn and street. They were knowledgeable and were able to give advice on other trees to plant as well. You would have never known they were there, due to their attention to detail in the clean up. Excellent

Al came by to give me a quote on the work to be done. He took the time to explain the tree and shrubs that I wanted removed were all diseased and dying and it was time for them to go. He was extremely knowledgeable about diseases and funguses and explained what I should watch for in my other landscaping. My front yard was looking dead, and he told me the easiest and cheapest way to bring it back to life. Being a long-time gardener, I was impressed with his knowledge about "all things green" and made extensive notes. I felt that my landscaping was in good hands. Workers showed up in early afternoon on a drizzly day. A large aspen tree was removed as well as three mature fitzer bushes and a white alder bush. They cut up the aspen and left the logs in the driveway for future firewood as I had requested. All other signs of the tree and bushes were removed; sawdust was piled into the hole where the aspen and alder were removed and it was leveled off to ground level. Their attention to detail was very good. Everything was neatly done and the workers were very pleasant. I was extremely pleased with the work and would not hesitate to recommend Mountain High Tree Care to anyone. I will certainly use them again.

I learned much in 45 minutes about potential fire hazards, tree health, and problems.

I was very impressed with the exception that we were to meet at 8am and it was a snowy morning, I was on time and did not hear from them for at least a half hour before I knew if the appointment was going to take place still. I did think that they were very skilled and was impressed with the service overall though.

The Tree Removal Team was polite, very accommodating and very professional in removing 3 very large pine trees located too close to our house. They were very professional in taking down the trees and performed a total cleanup of the work site including removing sawdust from our roof and entire front yard. Job was completed on time and as scheduled by them.

Mountain High Tree Service trimmed 7 mature trees. It had been a long time since they were pruned. They were on time, courteous, gave additional information about the condition of the trees, cleaned up, and left mulch and larger pieces for firewood and kindling. I was very happy with the service and use them again.

They were very knowledgeable and timely and friendly. to save my trees from the drought! They recommended watering instructions for the yard and other trees for winter watering.

The estimate was prompt and professional. The two man team that removed the tree was courteous and efficent. The tree was cut down quickly and mulched onsite. The team paid special attention to the final clean up of residue. This company will definitely get my future tree care business.

We contacted Mountain High to evaluate our trees due to the fire damage caused by the Waldo Canyon Fire. Not only did they come out once, but came out again to meet with our insurance adjustor. They were so knowledgable on what trees were "lost", what could be salvaged and how to protect our remaining trees and wild oak. They came on the scheduled day, pulled the trees that were dead and were so clean regarding the work done, you never would have known they were there. They saved as many of our trees as they could and sprayed to prevent shock, hoping that some would come back. This is not your average yard company, they were so experienced and knew exactly what needed to be done and what could be saved. We really appreciated the work they did with our insurance company, there were no issues at all getting paid for what was lost. I recommend them highly .

Becky came within two days of my phone call requesting an estimate for the tree removal. We had a detailed discussion of exactly how I wanted the work done; her estimate was the lowest of four I had obtained. I had used the company before, so I knew I could safely accept the lowest bid. She cautioned me that the company had a four-week backlog of work, but my job was not urgent, so I accepted that. Actually, I received a call about three weeks later that they could do the work the next day. Two polite and friendly young men came and I reviewed again specifically how I wanted the work done. They quickly cut down all the trees, treated each stemp to prevent future sprouting, fed everything into their chopper, and swept up every bit of debris from the driveway. They finished the whole job in less than two hours.

Pruned dead branches and mistletoe from a large ponderosa pine and removed 10 dead trees including 8 small to medium ponderosa pines, 1 large aspen and 1 medium spruce. Chipped all trees and branches into mulch which was left onsite, by request, to preserve biomass. They were unable to leave the chipped mulch where we had planned because they were unable to get their truck and chipper up the flag lot driveway. But they were able to direct the mulch into an accessible pile for me. They were onsite for about half a day as planned. They did do a lot of cleanup work but left some smaller branches scattered about in the areas where the dead trees were felled, But they also did some extra cleanup including leaf and needle blowing in areas that I wasn't expecting which was nice, so I guess that evens out.

Estimate made on 1 Sep. Work performed on 14 Sep except for stump removal which was subcontracted out to Mr. Stump. Stumps were removed about 2-3 weeks after trees were cut down. Received several bids and Mountain High was competitive. Had hoped to have stumps removed sooner (responsiveness) but stump removal apparently backlogged. Nice folks. Talked to office a couple of times and they were very pleasant and helpful. Tree trimmers and cutters did a great job, arrived on time and cleaned up well. Stump removal went great... again arrived on time and cleaned up well. They really seem to know their trees and shrubs. I liked dealing with them and will do it again when needed.

The crew was very professional and efficient. They clean up the area completely. In fact we are using them again for another project. It is difficult to schedule them quickly in Colorado Springs because so many people are using their services after the Waldo Canyon fire.

After the Waldo Canyon Fire I decided that I should do some fire mitigation. My cottonwood was gradually dying and needed to be removed, and two other trees were in need of pruning, so I decided to get the work done. On the basis of Angie's List and BBB ratings I called Mountain High. Becky came over to do the estimate. She was well-qualified, very professional and gave me the estimate on the spot. It was a good price so I decided right away to hire them. It was a good decision. They did a great job. On time, efficient, professional and pleasant. Everything was done well. And it was fascinating to watch how a pro can can take down a tall tree! I would recommend Mountain High to anyone who needs tree service.

I recommend them very highly. They are pretty knowledgeable about trees; that’s why I use them. I needed pruning and I thought they did a good job. I was worried about a couple elm trees and they told me what I needed. I thought they were fair and honest. They told me what I could do myself rather than pay – I think that’s nice. The price was fairly competitive; I didn’t do a lot of shopping. However, they could have called me sooner and one day they didn’t show up.

Mountain High employs a scientific arborist with a degree from Colorado State University. She is very knowledgeable about plant and tree species and their healthy maintenance. They provide all services and are very punctual and professional in their work. They have put us on a maintenance schedule for our many tree varieties. Their arborist will come and give an assessment of tree problems and recommend solutions to problems. We have had a very satisfactory relationship with them.

It went great. They just sprayed and overall it went well.

He is very knowledgeable about trees and things that effect them. He is very good about telling you what to do with the trees. He does a very good job. I left a note about one tree and he left me a note about the problem and treated the tree. He is very flexible and done the other trees that needed treatment and just not the ones that he was scheduled to treat. His price is very fair. I will continue to use him.

We have been using them for years. I have no dislikes. They always come out when they tell us they will. They do exactly what we ask them to do. They clean up afterwards. The price is reasonable.

I have used them before. The woman that gave the estimate is very nice. They did a good job in the past that is why I am using them again.
