Description of Work: Replaced breaker for the hot tub. He did not have the part in his truck. He let me go to Home Depot and get it myself and use my military discount. Much cheaper than if he had gone to get it.

Description of Work: Provider was contacted to do a simple installation of a light post. Based upon Berwick's longevity and reputation in the Colorado Springs area, they were called. As of this writing, it is still not complete. Overcharged for the job when our landscaper did 90% of the work needed. We negotiated for a newer price and that was accepted.

Description of Work: We wanted to make some changes with lighting and wiring....not a subject we understand. They came up with some good ideas for us. They arrived on time, were very professional as we talked through our issues, then did the work and left the house beautifully cleaned up....the only reason we gave them a "B" on price is all these services are more expensive than we expect these days! They were not higher than another company we talked to.....and we would have used them anyway cause their service was terrific.

They couldn't figure out the problem and once they figured it out, I guess they felt really silly because it was something easy so they said they were not going to charge me. They spent hours at our house. They would have been very expensive but I think most electrical work is expensive. They were very punctual and responsive.

+ 0 moreThe estimate was free of cost. The only thing I disliked was the price. They were honest with me and they thought that I could find somebody cheaper, and so I appreciated that. I felt like they definitely knew all the inter proceeds that were involved in putting down the wire and what was necessary, and all the details. I will use their services for getting another estimate again in the future.
Description of Work: I got an estimate from Berwick Electric Co. I did not use their services. They came out eight weeks ago to give me an estimate for outdoor landscape lighting.

+ 0 moreI have used them umpteen times. I have always been pleased with the men they send out and the job they do. I live in a house that was built in 1958, and I am constantly doing stuff because I have replaced a lot of light fixtures, all my plug-ins, and light switches. They are first class. The people on the phone are very helpful, and the people who come out are just perfect. They do just a good job. They cleaned up after themselves. They don't make a mess. These are good people. I have friends who have used them, and they said the same thing. I don't have any complaints about anything they did, and the people whom I dealt with. They tell me when they are going to come, and they give a little window like 4 hours window. They are always there. They are just good.
Description of Work: Berwick Electric Co replaced two light fixtures for me in the kitchen, and put a new switch in the garage on June 18th 2010. I have been using them for 4-5 years. I bought the light fixtures; they didn't bring it.

+ 0 moreI called Berwick to repair a light switch that was not working. It took such a short time and I requested that he also replace an outside light for me. He did so willingly and quickly. Courteous and efficient electrician and great service!
Description of Work: We have not received a bill yet; estimated amount only. I will post another report when billing received. We have used Berwick Electric for years. They are always very responsive and their employees are extremely polite and courteous. They complete the work requested in a timely manner. I am very pleased with them and will continue to use and recommend them. I received the bill....$80. I am pleased with the service and with the amount of the bill! I will be calling them again.

If they won't be punctual, they will call to explain why. Their work is good. The people who come out to do the work are very pleasant. The office staff is professional and friendly.
