Q&A What is your typical process for working with a new customer? A free evaluation is offered to come up with the best strategy available to the customer. What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work? Color matching takes years of experience to create the original rendering. We use a proven products that work for restoration. Each type of leather is different and needs its own strategy. With over 16 years of experience leatherman has to ability to suit your needs. Do you have a standard pricing system for your service? If so, please share the details here. The process can consist of many strategies depending on numerous variables. We offer services from cleaning and conditioning to semi to full restorations. Our services are typically 20 to 50 percent of original retail cost. We do have a minimum of $275.00 How did you get started doing this type of work? It is family business that was started by my father. What types of customers have you worked with? We work with all types of customers from residential to commercial. Describe a recent project you are fond of. How long did it take? One recent project was for the ther Antlers At Vail where we serviced 14 condos from cleaning to conditioning to full restoration. I am fond of our reputation in the business to be trusted as an industry professional. What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work? Ask for references! There franchises and newbies that unfortunately do not have the years of experience to fully understand how to restore leather. I am usually called out saying my couch is a PUMPKIN color now or it extremely stiff and is cracking. This all has to be stripped which is additional cost to move forward. What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project? 1. Is it worth it to restore? What was the original value? 2. Do i like the style? 3. I always suggest go shopping with my estimate and see if you can

"Michael and son arrived early, performed their work in a clean, orderly, and quiet fashion fashion. Protected nearby furniture, walls and flooring. Left a spectacular result, chairs that looked like new. Removed sun fading, scratches, and discoloration with their superb process. Couldn't be happier. The only reason I rated price as good was regardless of the result, $800 for two chairs is a superb value not necessarily an excellent price."

1987 years of experience

Our History: Established in 1987 This is a family owned cleaning and restoration business since 1987 with thousands (yes that's right) of satisfied customers. We started with office cleaning and floor maintenance including carpet cleaning for doctors, dentists, physical therapists and laboratories. In the early 1990's we added window cleaning, residential and commercial with convenient monthly routes. It wasn't long before our database included about 1500 customers including court houses and hospitals. We have always felt that it's not just the glass that needs cleaned so we always included the whole frame as well as screen cleaning and vacuuming of window sills. We've done much research into mineral deposits and hard water stains, where the glass looks grey as a result of lawn sprinklers over spray and roof runoff until we were able to successfully remove stains from most windows most of the time. We specialize in Leather Restoration as well as some furniture repair, auto detailing and garage cleaning and organizing.

Leather and Vinyl Repair questions, answered by experts

In general, vinyl flooring resists scratches, dents, and tears, but this can vary from one type of vinyl (and manufacturer) to another. Vinyl flooring has a wear layer that ranges in thickness from 6 to 20 millimeters. This layer offers protection against standard scratches, but vinyl with a thicker wear layer will resist scratches better than those with a thin layer.

Although it isn’t recommended to use more than 1,500 pounds of force per square inch (or PSI) on delicate siding materials like wood and metal, it’s safe to use more than that on surfaces made of stone, cement, and, yes, vinyl. In most cases, you can use up to 3,500 PSI without any problems, though you’ll want to make sure to use a tip with a spray span that better disperses this pressure, like a green or yellow tip.

Houses naturally settle over time, but they should settle uniformly with no apparent settling in one spot. If your floor is uneven but only in a particular area of your home, differential settlement could be the problem. This can be caused by improper drainage, erosion, expanding soil, earthquake activity, or poor construction techniques.

Yes, professionals aim to match the existing material and pattern as closely as possible to ensure a seamless look.
