"Kerwin called the morning of service and apologized letting me know it took a while for him to find my phone number through Angie's List. He showed about 45 minutes outside of the original time window planned, but came to the house and was here for about 2 1/2 hours. He let me know that for the price I paid, it would not be a deep clean if my car was really soiled. He did a very nice job getting some stains out and an overall good job detailing. He also did a very nice job getting my headlights clean. I give him an A rating as although the cleaning wasn't exceptional, it was very good for the price paid. I have already recommended Aloha Detailing to a friend. "
"No matter what he charges, you can put his workmanship in dealing with people and putting value with it. He's excellent and great to work with and never had any problems with him. I never question his pricing because of the work I received from him."

Carpet Installation questions, answered by experts
The costs range from $3 to $10 per square foot, depending on the carpet type, labor, and subfloor preparation.
No, thick carpet padding isn’t necessarily better than thinner padding. The appropriate padding thickness will depend on the type of carpet and the amount of foot traffic in the area.
For example, thick padding works well in low-traffic areas, like bedrooms, where you have soft and plush carpeting. However, thick carpet padding can damage low-pile carpet, which is used in the busiest parts of your home (like hallways and entryways). For that reason, it’s best to use thinner, heavier padding underneath carpet in high-traffic areas.
Yes, carpeted stairs are generally considered safer than stairs with hard surfaces like wood, vinyl, or tile. Carpet provides more traction, which helps reduce the chances of slips and falls, and its cushioning can lessen the severity of an injury if a fall does occur. Hard surfaces often lack the friction needed for a secure tread and can be quite slippery.
However, it's worth noting that some carpets can also be slick, particularly if they are brand new, dirty, or made from certain materials. If any stair surface feels too slippery, traction treads can be added to most materials to increase grip and improve safety.
Costs depend on carpet quality, labor, underlayment, and furniture moving requirements.
While it's possible to cover asbestos tile with carpet, it's not recommended. Encapsulating tile beneath carpet doesn't eliminate the health risks. Over time, the asbestos tiles could degrade, releasing fibers into the air and potentially contaminating the carpet. Disturbance during carpet installation or removal might also release fibers.
