This man did things right, all five pieces of tile removed stayed intact, he was very astute about getting the old minerals off, was very through with the assembly of the faucet (trying to keep it low) and finally he assembled the rest of it so it could be done all at once. The crew kept me informed of each step of the demolition and install process and let me take pictures so I could send family and friends. My home is 40 years old so we had a plumbing issue. West Shore sent their top plumber to fix the problem. Sorry I don't remember his name. They finished in one day as promised, even though they had to work well into the evening because of the plumbing issue. I really love my new walk-in shower."
