The sales guy didn’t clearly convey all the various options so we’re left feeling we had only one option therefore feeling overpaid for everything and the loan pay work was done wrong. The sales experience was extremely predatory. The scheduler didn’t plan appropriately so our materials were delayed and the gutters weren’t installed on time but a week later. We were promised they’d thoroughly clean our property after and yet there was trash and nails left everywhere as a hazard to our child. Also promised to have lots of pictures of the progress and that didn’t happen. We were severely up charged an extra 700$ for more materials day of the install even though it wasn’t needed. Over promised and under delivered."
