Had a bit of a communication problem after they submitted an estimate. It would appear that the office staff dropped the ball. The work was absolutely top notch. Explained my concerns about pressure washing the roof prior to the sealing (already had leaks) to the gentleman who came with the crew for the repair. He allayed my concerns and accomplished the pressure washing without so much as a drop of leakage down to the room. I was definitely impressed with that. He explained to me in great detail what they were going to do to complete the repair and the finished product looked neat and professional. Would definitely recommend them.

Highroad Roofing was very responsive and timely in the repair of my roof. They did the best cleanup I’ve ever had as it relates to trash and nails in the yard after the repairs. The summer after I had the roof replaced I noticed a few shingles missing, they were out within just a couple of days to fix the issue.

Colby was superb. He had one of his team install a new rubber boot on schedule and the roof has not leaked since then. Because the amount of work was so small, he said the cost to invoice me would be more than his cost of performing the work. He did this at no charge and just asked that I give him a chance to bid on future roof work, should it be needed.

On 7/31/17 Highroad replaced our roof to our satisfaction. Colby and his crew are very concerned in responding to their customers in a professional manner. Colby responded to our request and accomplished the work in a quick and quality fashion. You won't find a better, honest person than Colby to do business with. I highly recommend Colby for your roofing work and will use him in the future if necessary. Colby Stockton is an honorable man.

Colby did an excellent work. The crew was very experienced and the work was done on time and they were very professional in their approach. The price was very competitive. It went extremely well. Colby Stockton did an amazing job getting our roof put on in a short time frame and made sure everything was done correctly.

Overall the work went well. The roof was replaced because of hail damage. Because everyone had damage, it took awhile to get the work done. But once the team showed up, they were quick about it and did a great job. The gutters were replaced as well. I wanted the gutters to be configured for rain barrels and they installed them perfectly! My roof and gutters look awesome!

Very well. Walkway took longer than hoped but materials and labor were in short supply at the time.

Angie's list roof inspection special, They didn't show up on the scheduled time and over a month later now and I have yet to receive the results of their inspection!

Highroad Roofing is a great company to work with. Colby Stockton is very personable and knowledgeable about his profession. The crew was very professional and did exceptional work.

Overall Highroad Roofing did a great job repairing our roof. When we called about our leak Colby came out same day to help us identify the issue. There were some struggles with follow-up throughout the experience, but at the end of the day everything was done by the requested completion date and the quality of work was excellent. I plan to use Colby and Highroad again in the future.

All the work was well done and supervised.  Clean up after the job was quite satisfactory.  Only one shingle nail was found in the parking lot.  Excellent follow-up to check on customer satisfaction.

I paid for  package in late March, but provider never got notification from Angies list due to problems it was having with its website. It took 2 separate emails from me to Customer Service to find out what was going on. The first response was incorrect, but was corrected by the second rep. who informed me that  Highroad Roofing may not have  received notification as Angies website was having problems. NOT GOOD, on their part, as I was frustrated with Mr. Colby,(owner) for not contacting me, as the email conformation of my payment had been received that I should hear from him soon to schedule the work.
I emailed him,and indeed he said he had not been notified by Angies Sale Dept. Mr Colby was very gracious and said he would proceed. I told him about the website problems as the reason he did not hear.
After working through weather delays and unexpected snow, he was able to complete the work on May 17. I was pleased with the work done, but still waiting  for the final picture report that was promised, but have yet to receive, as of the date of this review.

Colby Stockton is all about personal service. He is focused in solving the problem at hand, and ensuring the work is done right from start to finish. We have a large steel paneled roof, which has leaked since we purchased the building. Colby and his team worked on replacing all screws and re-sealing all panels, a big job but the one that was necessary to resolve our leaking issues. Everything has worked out great, would highly recommend Colby and Highroad Roofing.
