A little more expensive than predicted but completed the job on time.

He worked very hard to make sure my yard looked exactly as I needed it to and it wasn't an easy job.

Josh was incredibly enthusiastic, helpful and knowledgeable. It was absolutely the hottest week of the summer and he still showed up ready to work. He trimmed shrubs, removed my entire front and back lawn (which I had asked for), planted the front garden area and walked me through all of the process. We even discussed a future project where he said he’d get back to me a month or so later. Guess what? He did. He followed through on everything he explained, promised and was friendly and excited the entire time. I wanted the full yard to be mulch so that I can start doing one chunk at a time, but first needed to remove the original layer of weeds and dead grass. I’ll be passing his number over to friends when they need landscaping help.

Josh (Ionic Services) contacted me shortly after I submitted my description of required work (ivy removal) in Home Advisors, was able to schedule my job just a few days later, was knowledgeable about ivy growth and removal, and did a good job.

Josh worked so very hard and removed bags, bags and more bags of leaves from my property. I'm so glad to have it done. Would love to have more work done but can't afford it.

Josh was very responsive and easy to schedule with. I appreciated him being upfront about the pricing and explanation of services. He was on time (even early) for the appointment, very detailed, and took all the cleanup with him.

Josh is a hard worker who is really putting in the effort to grow his business. He is conscientious and checks in to be sure the customer is satisfied. He makes a real effort to price his work fairly and has done both lawn care and snow removal for us.

The price he quoted me seemed too high for the service that I was wanting performed but having never hire someone for this service, I went ahead and hired this company. He did show up on time but his equipment broke down and had to reschedule. When he called me to tell me the news, he complained that he seriously underbid the job. Quite frankly, that?s not my problem. He did show up for the rescheduled appointment when he said he was going to. Since I was not home when he showed up, he talked to my girlfriend and was again, complaining that he seriously underbid the project. When he finished, the job was mediocre at best. He only did about 3/4 of the yard. The one thing that I did appreciate was that he did take the waste with him. When it came time for payment, he did not honor a credit card that i confirmed with him when we first talked that I was going to use but only took Zelle or a check. $225 per hour for unskilled labor is ridiculously overpriced. Will NEVER hire again.
