Jeff Company has been cleaning our pool and has serviced and installed lots of pool equipment for us for a number of years. He's very professional, easy to work with and will always go the extra mile to make sure that you're happy as a customer. I've always found his pricing to be fair and competitive. One big advantage with Jeff & Diana's Pool Service is that Jeff is one of the few Authorized Warranty Repair Pentair & Hayward Reps in our area. This is a huge advantage when you need your equipment serviced, replaced or upgraded. There are lots of below average people in the pool service industry, but Jeff isn't one of them. I can highly recommend Jeff & Diana's Pool Service for dependable and affordable Pool Cleaning and Pool Equipment installations and servicing.

Service was very good. They were on time and very courteous. They were friendly and did not leave a mess.

The install went on time as promised and was done in a timely manner. Had one problem with a water leak with the PVC fittings. I made a phone call to Jeff and he was out the same day and fixed the problem.

Jeff came right out. Called his trouble shooter electrician and found and located a short. He made sure my pool was up to code and then replace a bulb. He also was going to change out entire fixture but didn't need it and was honest enough to just change bulb. Saved us a few hundred dollars. Up and running and couldn't be happier. Would use Jeff's company again. He is very personable too. Rare these days. Thanks Jeff for fixing our pool lighting and making our pool safe.

I called and spoke with Jeff about repair or replacement of my salt system for the pool. He is an authorized Hayward representative. He offered to help me fix it over the phone, but I opted for him to service the unit. He came the next morning and cleaned the cells and reset the unit to working condition. He called me after the work was completed and I paid him over the phone. He was prompt, courteous, and honest. I will call and refer him at anytime.

Because this heater was old and used, it recently started leaking gas. Jeff came exactly when he said he would, cleaned my pool heater for free and diagnosed the problem for free. He didn't want to charge me because he told me it that the Heat Exchanger was very corroded and basically "shot". There was also a gas leak in a part I cannot recall. Bottom line? He said the heater was beyond repair and not to bother trying to fix it. He bid me farewell and offered to put in a bid for a new heater when I was ready. I just know that when we're ready to replace it, Jeff will be our guy because we trust that he will charge us a reasonable price so that he can make a living and that he will do a great job! I highly recommend Jeff! He's very knowledgeable and honest!
