Jeff & Diana's Pool & Spa Service

AMAZING!!!!!! I just can't sing enough praises to Jeff. His response was faster than fast! He was knowledgable. He got the job done without me even being there! It was well organized and seamless! Please note... I have used other apps in an effort to get my repair resolved two different times in the past and was unsuccessful. Jeff made all my Pool & Spa dreams come true! I am set up for success for Summer 2020!!!!

Jeff responded quickly to inquiries, showed up promptly, and handled unexpected issues calmly and efficiently. When a filter repair issue escalated into a complete replacement of the filter housing and pump, he was able to show up the very next morning to complete the additional work. Thanks, Jeff. I can't wait to finally use my spa again!

On New Year’s Day came out a fixed it. Could not give a higher recommendation. Used JEFF many times in the past. Great service.

Jeff is the nicest guy. He went above and beyond to fix my spa. The first part that was shipped was broken so he had to come back again. He had no problem with coming back to my home to change the part and make sure it was working correctly. I would hire Jeff again in a heart beat if I needed him

Fantastic service. This was a warranty repair that would have normally have taken a couple of weeks for parts to be sent from Hayward, but because Jeff went out of his way to purchase and pick up the pressure valve assembly, the repair was done within a day. Thank you Jeff for your help in quickly rectifying the problem.

The best and most efficient pool service repair company that I have experienced! Was recommended by pool equipment manufacturer and they were on target 100%. Had all the repair parts on brand new Chevy HD truck with equipment and tool boxes! I hate when they have order parts, Jeff didn’t he had on truck! ? Awesome. Great person to work with and very knowledgeable. Also helped me with replacing the connectors to the pool pump with no extra charge over the phone. Would definitely hire him again for his services.

Jeff came and was able to find that the configuration had the heater disabled. He updated the config and the heater is working again. The air leak was due to a missing O-ring. He fashioned a replacement and installed. Hopefully that fixes air getting into the system.

Jeff responded promptly. He came on time, It took several trips which was understandable. Price was reasonable. I would definitely use him again.

I'm very happy to have found Jeff and his team on Angie's List! They completed the work in a timely manner and everything works great. Jeff was also extremely friendly, honest and helpful. Since I'm a new pool owner, he walked me through the pump and filtration system, and gave me good advice for maintaining the chemicals in the pool. He even saved me some money on service fees by pointing out what exactly was covered in the home warranty (new home purchase) and what wasn't. Jeff & Diana's will be my first call next time I need work done on the pool.

Jeff was fantastic! Was given a list of "authorized technicians" for warranty work on spa heater. Jeff&Diana's Pool svc was 3rd one I'd call. First two were too busy and couldnt fit a repair in until the next week .Jeff was able to come out the next morning to see what the problem was. 5 days before Xmas!! After aquiring the replacement part, he came back the same afternoon to replace it! Very polite/ professional. Explained thoroughly what the problem was. Cleaned up after repairs too! I know the timing of things can't always work that quickly, but with the overall service he provided I will definitely be calling Jeff&Diana's Pool Service 1st and only them!

Jeff is very professional (as is his son) and knew immediately what the problem was and installed a new filter the next day. We finally found someone who is an expert in pool repair and installation and quickly calls you back which is a rarity in today’s world. His prices are very fair and we are so grateful to have discovered this pool repair and installation person. Not only did he install a new filter but he re-installed a backwash that had been put in backwards and he also re-programmed our system which had not been working properly. We will always use Jeff from now on.

Perfect. I was very pleased with Jeff's work. He is very friendly and knowledgeable in pool and equipment repair.

He fixed our heater in five minutes and it works great. The heater fan motor stopped working and he said there was no reason to replace the $400 motor as I was sure he needed to do. He saved us a bundle and charged us nothing for his repair!

Jeff showed up on time performed the work & explained what he was doing as he worked. Excellent job.
