It's about a relationship and referrals. We include all prices upfront. We do not charge for estimates and will gladly try to walk you through your electrical repair over the phone, if you're up to the task. I have been growing in the trades from 1975, from my first job in a lumber yard stacking lumber then building custom furniture as well as obtaining a background in plumbing. This led to my first job as an electrical helper at age seventeen, by the time I was twenty I was in charge of a Los Angeles based Company for seventeen years. We work with and for several Property Management companies and we have remolded a Ritz Carlton from the ground up in MDR. For the last several years we have been part of building many homes from the ground up and several remodels. NO JOB IS TOO SMALL, we work on all levels of service. We treat all customers with the same respect from the beginning of the job to the finish of the project. Goodwill comes back if you respect your customers. I made a phone call to this customer when the lead came in to inform him he was a bit outside of our working area. Example of our pricing; recessed lighting costs $90-$110 a piece based on access and height of ceiling. Quantities over 20 pieces, lower prices area available.

Outstanding!
Description of Work: Wake up on a Sunday morning and fridge, stove and most of the circuits are dead. Go to flip the breaker and nothing happens. I don't mess with electricity so I call Paul. He's out of town but proceeds to give me a detailed explanation of what to try to get the power back. He doesn't tell me to wait till he gets back or pawn me off to somebody else, he tries to help me on the spot. I'm pretty frustrated so I don't get the directions in my head correctly. He gladly and patiently repeats them and I write it down. He tells me to call him back to let him know if it works or not. I follow his directions and sure enough, power comes back on. Great service. An articulate, patient and intelligent electrician. If you've got a problem, call him. I know I will.

Could not have been more helpful.
Description of Work: Paul Harris answered a frantic question with a calm professionalism and talked me through an immediate problem. He must have been on the phone with me for at least 25-30 minutes, yet he never hesitated to help someone he had never met. He could not have been more helpful or more thoughtful. I scheduled a home visit but then my regular electrician returned from an out of town assignment. When I canceled Paul Harris could not have been more gracious. I highly recommend this company and will use them whenever I can.

Description of Work: The provider came out and I told him what the problem was. He ended up checking all the wiring in the house except a bathroom that he couldn't get to. He told me everything was alright with the wiring. I had light switches by the front door that he was supposed to fix but he didn't fix them completely because one of them isn't connected. I purchased a deal for $170 for Service Call and 2 Hours of Electrical Labor and he ended up being there for three which he didn't need to be. I don't feel comfortable that he did everything that he was supposed to do and I'm not confident that he did anything at all.

The guys did a horrible job on the electric work. They ended up fixing it but it then it took them a long time to fix it. They were making mistakes and trying to fix them again; it was terrible. The labor was bad and the guy that came to my home was very rude to me. He overcharged me and exaggerated the price. I said I wouldn't pay all that because it was so high I couldn't believe. The guy lied to me about what he did because I didn't see much done and he didn't go through the things he did for me as anyone else would do as an electrician. He fixed the problem for me though and I ended up paying him for what he did because I didn't have any choice
Description of Work: I had these guys do some electric work in my home. I had some problems with some electric things in the basement so they came in and fixed it for me.

Fairly well. When we got our estimate we were impressed by the professionalism and the great suggestions. We were able to schedule the work fairly quickly, and it was done quickly. The only negative was that the guys showed up to work without clear instructions as to what they were to do.
Description of Work: Rewired room, installed 4 recessed can lights, 2 dimmer switches and 4 outlets.

Workers were here 5+ days. Their work complicated by limited access in attic was performed promptly and efficiently. I would recommend this company to anyone.

We just cannot say enough about how genuinely polite these people were. They treated us with the absolute utmost respect. They really let you know that they care about doing a good job. They set up a time with us of when they would be out. They called ahead to make sure we were there and they showed up right on time. After they did their job, they even made sure the new equipment that we had purchased worked. We were very pleased with our dealings with this company.
Description of Work: Fairway Electric upgraded our current 100 amp breaker box to a full 200 amp breaker box with 2 new circuits for an electric chair lift for the stairs in our home.

Hollis, a friendly and knowledgeable electrician, and a helper showed up right on time. He methodically assessed the situation and had our electricity back quickly. I asked him to evaluate the electrical work done previously by another company. He examined it and told me it was done well, putting my mind at ease.
Description of Work: The power was out for our outdoor backyard lighting and fountain. Also, I wanted an evaluation on the electrical work done in our yard a few years ago.

They went in, knew exactly where the source was by cutting a hole in the wall. I thought the work would take them 8 hours and they were finished in less than two hours. The work was quick and efficient and I'd recommend them to anyone!
