They were great. The man arrived about when they said he would. The technician was knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient. He had no problem when I asked for an extra item to be installed and even went to get the part himself. As a courtesy, he even checked our circuit breaker box to make sure it was still safe. I recommend this company highly.

I found that working with Fairway an excellent experience. They were prompt and communicated well from start to finish. They dug up my yard, but it was cleaned up and looks as good as ever. The electricians were communicative and informed me at all aspects of the job.

They called to schedule, go there on time, and completed on time. Notified us of existing conditions and told us that an extra day would be required. Came back the next day and completed the job. Worked around tenant without being imposing.

Just great. Called on a Saturday, estimate and work completed Monday. The electrician, Tommy, was punctual, professional, friendly, and a hard worker. He had to put up with our dog, a tight dusty crawl space, and electrical system from WW2. He took care of all the work, which was associated with our kitchen renovation, rapidly and professionally. Not knowing anyone else at the company, I would ask for Tommy.

It was a small job, but it was done quickly and professionally.

From first phone contact to job completion, they were professional, knowledgeable and pleasant.

They were on time for their appointment. Assessment was not very long and they had to order parts. The electricity had to be tapped from another sign. The bulb had to be ordered. They made two visits and the work was done neatly. Recently they called to let us know we overpaid and were sending us a refund.

The company was very easy to get in touch with, responded both by telephone and email. I made an appointment and the electrician came promptly on time working in about two hours. The estimate was exact and everything was done to my satisfaction.

Very professional and knowledgeable. If I ever need an electrician I'm calling these guys.

Both Paul and the electrician Tommy who performed the work were very professional and courteous. Paul was very good with following up to schedule an estimate and appointment. Tommy did a great job installing a brand new exhaust fan in our bathroom where there previously was none. He carefully cut through the lath and plaster in the ceiling and was very detailed about his work. Our home also had limited crawl space in the attic and, although it was a challenge, Tommy did a great job. He was also very considerate to put down covering around his work space and also cleaned up before he left. Tommy was also very through with the exterior lights, making sure they were centered and level. In addition, Paul followed up a few days later with a phone call to make sure that we were happy with the work completed.

I called on Thursday & got an estimate of $550. Two excellent electricians arrived on time on Friday & commenced to figure out how to get me the lines I needed. This house was built before electricity or indoor plumbing & is very difficult to work on, but all the problems were solved. The cost was an extra $100, but it seemed reasonable & the results are great.

They were good, they did a good job, they had a reasonable price and they were very professional. The guy was supposed to be here at eight and they had an emergency and they were running late and they just forgot to call.

Repaired fixture already in place allowing us to return the new one we purchased therefore saving us money.

Overall satisfied. I needed a new outlet and decided to have two other minor electric things taken care at the same time. I called the business number and left a message last week, got a call back from Paul the next day, Friday. I explained what I needed done. Paul said no problem and set-up an appointment with me for Monday morning for 8-8:30 AM. He asked that I email him my address or call the business number since he was on his cell (I emailed him over the weekend). The morning window came and went, so I called the business number a little before 9 AM. Apparently, there was some sort of emergency or something. Anyway, I got a call from Tommy (someone who works for him), he came over an hour later and finished the work in an hour or so. So everything was done and taken care of by 11:30 AM. The guy worked quickly, did a good job and didn't make a mess. He was pleasant and professional and gave me a written invoice for the work. So, except for the scheduling mix-up which Paul apologized for in an email to me, it was almost perfect. He could have saved himself by giving himself a longer window possibly, but I can't complain too much since it got done when Paul said it would. I got an estimate over the phone for the work, which was the price I paid, so no surprises which is good. I was happy with the work and would call on him in the future.

It was fine. They came to my home to give an estimate and made some suggestions. They did what they said they would do and within the time they said they would do it.

Met with Paul of Fairway Electric on a potential service panel upgrade and rewire of my home. He was extremely helpful, informative and professional. Paul's demeanor is straightforward and very understanding. He didn't try to "sell" me services, he simply explained what he recommended for the project while being mindful of the overall project requirements and budget. Paul seems committed to doing quality work and took the time to explain the many aspects of the project in a clear, concise, and understandable manner. I eventually went with an electrician friend with whom I have a pre-existing work relationship with. It was a difficult decision. I look forward to a chance to utilize Paul/Fairway Electric's services in the future.

I had a circuit in my home which was shorting and blowing out electronic appliances. They thought they had found the problem on the first visit, but it turned out to be far more elusive. After six visits, a mis-wired circuit was finally located and corrected. Throughout this frustrating and elusive problem, they were patient and persistent, where many contractors would have given up or overcharged. My only complaint was that they tended to show up unannounced.

The good part was he needed little help and could leave me to deal with another contractor.

It went fine. They stayed right with in the estimate. They were on time and had the job done in reasonable amount time. I would definitely use them again in the future.

We set up an initial estimate which he didn't show up for due to weather. He failed to call to let us know that he wasn't going to be coming out. When I called him he was at his desk and he apologized and rescheduled. He came out to asses the work and gave us an estimate. He said he would be out next week at 7:30. It is now 10:30 and I have not heard from him.

Their professionalism, efficiency and price when compared to others was very good. They were punctual, had professional guys come out and communicated really well with me. There is only one little area where there is a hole in the ceiling that they left unfinished but when I called the called the company, they told me they would send someone back out to make it right and correct it. They still did a good job and I would use them again.

Overall it was a good experience. One technician installed the ceiling fan while the other worked in the bathroom. The problem in the bathroom was just a loose wire but I was still charged $60.

Very pleasant to deal with, quickly responsive and efficient.
