Showed up on time and service performed efficiently. When a leak was noted after a rain a few days later, they returned and fixed it at no additional cost.

Very good service. The guy from Top Roofing Inc., Ron, was very communicative and did not try to aggressively up-sell me on getting a new roof. At my request, he did give me a fair opinion of the current state of my roof and what would need to be done to it in the future. The service work they did looked good. I would use them again.

I had a great experience. Purchased the Big Deal on a Monday, called them on Tuesday, and they made an appointment for the next day, a Wednesday, and gave me an hour window for their arrival. They came exactly on time, and did the work I asked them quickly and well. At all times they were professional, courteous and good communicators. They repaired my loose tiles, including one that had come off and fallen to the ground. I would call them again if I needed more extensive work done.

I had a hard time getting them to return my calls. They said that they were only able to come out on certain days of the week to do the work, which wasn’t mentioned in the coupon. They asked how many shingles needed to be replaced. I was unable to answer that—I don’t know where the leak is coming from. They said that I would have to buy the shingles myself if I needed any to be replaced; that they would nail down the existing shingles. Again, buying my own materials and the scheduling limitations were not mentioned in the fine print. There seem to be too many limitations in what they were willing to do.

I tried to contact them the past three days with no response. I decided to get a refund.

I contacted them a few times over the course of a week with no response. I finally got a hold of them and they told me they do not service my area. I contacted Angie's List for a refund.

The team showed up the next day and completed the work ahead of schedule. When I went up on the roof to check the work I had a few concerns. They cam back right away to address my questions, made some additional modifications. They let me make it through a few rainy days to make sure it was done correctly before even asking for the rest of the payment! They really stoof behinf their work, adresses all concerns, showed up on time, and were a pleasure to work with. No more stress every time it rains!

Mark came out today to give us an estimate on a roof repair. He was courteous and informative, inviting me on the roof with him and taking the time to give me a very basic understanding of roofing. His honesty was refreshing. I never once felt like I was being pressured into getting unnecessary work done. He really took the time to make a connection and that was so appreciated. If we ever need roofing done in the future, Mark will be my first call.

As most of us know, from firsthand experience, some contractors can be flakey and downright irresponsible. The roofing trade is one that I believe has the least amount of respect and professionalism. Having said that; I interviewed three (3) roofers before selecting Top Roofing as my choice to install a new roofing system. I dealt directly with the owners, Ron Karu and Marc Ravid they were very ?hands on? and professional throughout the process. They followed-up with phone calls and personal inspections of the work their crew performed. It?s obvious they take a lot of pride in their business and in building it the right way. They demonstrated excellent communication, quality work, and total integrity. They started the work and finished on time and stayed true to their price quote. When unanticipated construction issues came up (as they always do in any trade) they took care of it, and honored their agreement! That meant a lot to me. I recommend Top Roofing without reservation. i have nothing but good things to say! Ron his and his staff were punctual and by far one of the most efficient crews I have ever seen. In addition to arriving on time they finished the job faster than I could have ever imagined. Specifically it took about 3 days to remove 3 layers of roofing, remove copious amounts of rot, put plywood, repair the chimney, put newhousehold roofing, install new vents, color and blend the new roof for consistency! Overall the whole process was very clean, all trash and materials were taken away at the end of the work day. Beyond physical labor they also made sure to obtain proper permits and passed both inspections. Trust me when I say that dealing with the city and the permit process is a headache on its own and I'm very grateful I didn't have to them myself. When it comes to pricing I was very pleased with the fact that they didn't nickle and dime us for every little thing that was found to be different then originally thought. The price was lower then most other estimates (lower by 40% from home depot ). Long story short due to the price, speed, cleanliness and responsibility of the staff I can do nothing but I highly recommended Top Roofing Inc and tell you that its in your best interest to at least get an estimate.

Top Roofing kept their appointment and were prompt and spent time discussing options. They were aggressive about getting the job and provided options. In the end I felt comfortable with what they offered and it looks great. The real test will be next rainy season. I would work with them again.

I called to set up an estimate and spoke to a friendly woman named Melissa. This was my second roofing estimate, the appointment time was 9 am and both Marc and Ron showed up (brothers who are the owners). I didn't have much time before leaving for work and the guys spent quite a while on the roof so our time was a bit rushed. Marc asked me a couple of times if I wanted to come up on the roof so they could go over the condition with me directly. The building is higher than two stories, so I declined, but they accomodated my request to take pictures with their phone to show me any trouble spots. When we sat down to discuss the roof the first thing Marc brought up was the condition of my next door neighbor's roof. He began to quiz me about the age, what I thought of the condition, etc. I told him I didn't really know, but thought it was fairly recent. He then started in on how terrible the job was and how they would do a much better job on my roof. I felt bad for my neighbor and wasn't really sure why he wanted to badmouth my nieghbor's roof right from the beginning of the discussion. I think Ron sensed my discomfort and switched gears--which was good, because they weren't starting off on the right foot. Ron did an excellent job selling himself and the work they do. They answered my countless questions (even when I interrupted multiple times) all to my satisfaction. They showed me references, brochures and samples till I had more than enough information. I met again with Ron the next day to review the estimate. Not only was their price better than two of the other estimates, they had a longer labor warranty than the other contractors. A huge plus for using Top Roofing is that all wood repair was included. Other companies indicated that this number could possibly be upwards of $1000 and not included! Additionally, they offered to put back clay tiles (or metal) around the perimeter of the roof for no extra charge. Another difference with their company was they intended to spray on the reflective coating vs. using a reflective cap sheet on the flat part of the roof. Theoretically, this could be a more substantive benefit than the standalone sheet. I ended up using a contractor I had been working with for years, however, if that had not been an option I would have given Ron my business.

It was a raining a lot that month. Most places I called did not even have time to come give me an estimate. Top Roofing handled the job quickly and professionally in one day.

I called several roofing companies for estimates. Ron at Top Roofing was the most responsive, showed up on time, and went over all of the details with me, and then provided a quotation for the work that we agreed upon. Work started within the week and was completed within 4 calender days (including a 1 day break over President day weekend). The job was a bit complicated due to the various sections of the roof described above. The work crew were courteous efficient and cleaned up the work area every day. They were able to completely hide an uneven section where the roof of a room addition from a few years ago had not been executed properly where it meets the main structure. It looks perfect now. Ron was very easy to reach by phone during the entire process. He and his partner Marc were very professional and reasonable. I am quite happy with the result and recommend Top Roofing.

Top Roofing was only slightly more expensive than the company that I used. I would definitely call them for consideration of another job as there appeared to be no hidden costs.

It went great. The service was outstading. They completed the job in a timely matter & cleaned up after themselves. I had a great experience with them.

During the past heavy rains a small, flat roof on a tower separate from, but attached to my larger house roof began leaking severely. I wished to replace that roof entirely, and wanted more information on the large, main roof as well as advice on a roof on my studio adjacent to the house that was of similar construction to my tower roof. I made an appointment with Top Roofing as well as multiple other companies for an inspection. The company representatives showed up on time, were very professional, friendly and courteous. Their brochures were informative and they did a thorough inspection of all of my roofs. It was clear they were experienced and very well organized. They seemed to work in upscale neighborhoods and from their literature seemed to be trusted with large, detailed jobs. I liked them very much. I did not go with Top Roofing because of the 7 roofers that came out to inspect they were the most expensive bid on the two smaller roofs by over $1000. They also insisted on bidding my studio roof along with my tower roof. I received multiple other bids, but no other company required grouping the two, instead, in every other bid, each roof was bid separately, with an optional combined work price . Top Roofing also pushed to have my main roof replaced as well as the two small roofs. They stated that the main roof "needed replacing " and "was poorly built". No other roofing contractor that bid told me that the main roof needed replacement although I did have every bidder inspect that roof. All of the other roofing companies told me that the main roof was in good shape. I do not know if Top Roofing's assessment of my main roof was accurate or not, however there have so far, been no leaks or issues with the main roof. I ended up hiring another roofing company with price points in the upper range of the bids, who emphasized their extensive insurance coverage and licensing. Both the tower roof and the studio roof were replaced at $1000 less than the bid that was given me by Top Roofing. I was pleased with the work that was done and the roofs have held up in the subsequent rains. Despite the higher price points, and because of their professional presentation, and their literature showing multiple fine examples of their work, I would consider using Top Roofing in the future.

They did very well; they were on time and on budget. Marsh was present and summoned all the work. They gave great customer services. He did extra shingling at no additional cost and painted the facia as well as vents.

I was happy with their work. They did the job and then we noticed that it was not completely done so they came back to fix it. Actually I was very happy the first time round, then the rain came and we noticed the leak. We then called them and they did come right back. We showed them what we had noticed and they fixed it. So in many respect I would say that they were very responsive. It was not perfect the first time round but they did come right back and fixed it. We would recommend them. Price wise they were in between. We will use them in the future.

Price was way too high although I was impressed with thoroughness of the person who made the estimate.
