"Bruce called within a day of my inquiry for a carpet cleaner. He came to do an estimate before doing the job, unfortunately I was out. He explained why steam cleaning was more efficient than dry cleaning since I told him I don't like wet carpets. He said steam cleaning gets deeper dirt out. He advised me about certain spots that could be diminished with a home treatment. He was finished in 1.5 hrs., I was very pleased with the job. I would hire him again and recommend him."
