 + -1 moreI WAS REALLY SHOCKED TO SEE THAT THE CHEAPSEST COUCH WAS THE ONE THAT I BOUGHT. THE TV SHOWED ME FALSE ADVERTISMENT. THEir CUSTOMER SERVICE WAS VERY POOR. WOULD NEVER REFER ANYONE TO THIS PLACE.
Description of Work: I WAS IN NEED OF A NEW COUCH THE ONE I HAVE WAS VERY OLD. WENT THERE AND GOT A COuCH FOR MY LIVING ROOM.

 + -1 moreI WAS IN NEED OF GREAT APPLIANCES AND I GOT IT. THE CUSTOMER SERVICE THERE WAS GREAT AND GOT A DEAL WITH THE ITEMS THAT I GOT. THE PRICE WAS REALLY GREAT.

 + -1 moreWHEN MY HUSBAND AND I GOT THERE AT THE LOCATION, THE EMPLOYEES DIDN'T EVEN GREET US, JUST STARED LIKE WE WERE GONE STEEL SOMETHING. THE TOTAL ENVIRONMENT WAS REALLY UNPROFESSIONAL, AND THE PRICE RANGE FOR USE APPLIANCES WERE OUTRAGEOUS.
Description of Work: WE NEEDED A REFRIGERATOR FOR THE HOUSE THAT WE LIVE IN NOW AND VERY DESPERATE. SO I DECIDED TO CALL RENT A CENTER THINKING THAT I WAS DOING THE RIGHT THING, BUT I WAS WRONG..

 + -1 moreI WOULD NEVER REQUEST ANYONE TO GO THERE. VERY UNPROFESSIONAL SERVICE ON SITE, AND ON THE PHONE. THEY ARE VERY RUDE AND THE EMPLOYEES HAVE NO SORT OF CLASS AT ALL. THE BED SET WAS USED AND I FEEL THAT THE PRICE WAS EXTREMELY HIGH FOR USE FURNITURE.
Description of Work: WE GOT OUR BEDROOM SET THERE, AND WHEN WE WALKED IN THEY TALKED TO YOU ABOUT HOW THE PAYMENTS WOULD BE. WHEN OUR INFORMATION WAS IN THE COMPUTER, THE PAYMENT PLAN WAS ALL MESSED UP. WE WOULD ALWAYS GET THE RUN AROUND.
