"The first crew were excellent but they could not come back to finish the job the next day and the second crew came the next day the Forman was Bayward and crew was Shawn /Kevin they really were a great crew they came and finished up what the first crew started and they raised the foundation up so my front door would work again once that was done, they back filled the holes and tamped all the dirt down than put rebar in and cemented the holes so it would be ready for the brick layer then they cleaned up the work site. "Artificial turf looks good. Some of the plants have died. It's only been five months since the job was completed. All the other items are of fair to poor quality. Concrete areas have to be re-done by another company because it has cracked within days to weeks of it being placed. Concrete splashed on retaining wall which was never removed/cleaned by Andres. Paint on fencing chips away easily. He said he would remove the splashed concrete off the wall but never returned to finish the job. As I stated earlier, I have to pay $3K+ to have the concrete done again. Haven't gone through an entire rain season so still don't know how the drainage system works or not. Would never hire him again."
