"Carpet was filthy due to renter. Will replace in spring/summer. It is as clean as it can be. I feel he spent extra time to get the dog out!! Some lingering odor, but what can you do? He told me to call back if I have any nasty pad come to the top yuck. I have already passed on info for company."
