Clients appreciate my meticulous approach and the fact that I leave each job site spotless and ready for use.
"3 Star Painting was super. I needed the wood portions of my father's home painted in advance of anticipated El Nino weather in the Southern California region. Marty walked the property with me and identified precisely what needed to be done. He didn't attempt to upsell me. He gave me a fast and very fair quote. He and his team showed up on time, finished the work on schedule and was responsive throughout the entire process. I will use him again in the future and am happy to recommend him. "
All About Paint Specializes in residential, commercial, both new and existing structures with a focus on quality, cost, and efficiency. "In preparation for selling our home we hired Sanchez to paint the complete interior, which included quite a lot of old wallpaper in the kitchen and the master bathroom. They also painted the dated old brown oak kitchen cabinets to a more contemporary medium grey. Everything was going well, the house was empty, we had a lock box set up so the crew came and went each day with an anticipated 6 or 7 day completion for all the work we had requested. We left on a short trip and when we returned we realized that the living areas of the house that were suppose to be painted a light grey, were not that color at all. Jay responded to my panicked phone call, came immediately and 2 days later the paint was fixed. Turns out that the paint company mixed the paint incorrectly. Even though the job took 2 extra days, Jay made it right and the crews that came out to paint were great, they let us work around them to do what we needed to do at the same time. The reviews we are getting now that the house is on the market are all positive, very nice, cozy, light, well maintained."
"There are always businesses that stand out from the rest, and that describes Foothill Painting very well. After seeing their excellent work on a neighbor's home, as well as other positive reviews on Angie's List we contacted them for a complete repainting of our house, including a detached three car garage and some interior walls and trim. From the very first meeting with Kevin, one of the co-owners, we knew we were in good hands. All their crew members are regular employees, not sub-contractors. One painter told us that he has been with Foothill for eleven years. The estimate was detailed and professional. They not only painted... They also did quite a bit of stucco and window glazing repair. The prep work was meticulous. What we appreciated the most was their attitude that they would do whatever it took to make sure we were satisfied. Too bad so many businesses don't understand the value of that! Also, they were very careful when moving things out of the way and the cleanup was great. We're sure that there are some other painters who would have submitted a lower bid but, as always, you really do get what you pay for. We feel that we chose the best, and they didn't break our bank."
"Thank you Sam for the excellent service you gave us in the latest remodeling project at our home. The 2 bathrooms came out beyond our expectations and we really love each and everything in them. More than that, we would like to mention here the honesty and the fair price that we got and that we WILL hire you and your company in the future for any additional remodeling project we will have. Thank you!"

"He did good, but later we realized many of the holes were patched uneven and required additional.work. We had to pay the painter to fix. In fairness to Al, we never called him back because we worried about the amount of time it would take to get him back workout interrupting the painter "
When choosing materials for finishing basement walls, consider factors such as moisture resistance, durability, and fire resistance. Opt for materials specifically designed for basement environments, like moisture-resistant drywall or cement board. Insulation with vapor barriers can help regulate temperature and prevent condensation. Consider using mold-resistant paints or coatings.
Research and consult with experts to select materials that are suitable for your specific basement conditions and intended use. Prioritize quality and compatibility to achieve long-lasting and aesthetically pleasing results.
Accent walls can feel out of place or distracting if not well designed. Accent walls that don’t fit in with a room’s style can feel jarring or overpowering. Some accent wall styles can also feel dated, but fortunately, it’s easier to update a single wall than an entire room.
Yes, but professional services ensure secure installation, accurate leveling, and protection against wall damage, especially for heavy or valuable items.
One of the biggest downsides to peel-and-stick wallpaper is that it doesn't last as long as traditional wallpaper. Its lifespan depends on several factors, including the quality of the paper, proper wall preparation and application, and the room's conditions. As a general rule, peel-and-stick wallpaper can last for at least five years, but this can vary significantly. Budget products may only last about 3 years, while higher-quality products can stay up for 7 years or more in ideal conditions. Factors that can shorten its lifespan include high humidity (such as in a bathroom), dirty walls, and low-quality paper. If used on flooring, expect it to last only 1 to 3 years unless sealed. However, the shorter lifespan can be seen as a positive, making it a great choice for people who enjoy switching up their interiors more frequently.
Having dated, peeling, or otherwise damaged wallpaper can decrease the value of your property, so removing that before listing your house is nearly always a good idea; however, since wallpaper tends to be a personal style choice, potential buyers may or may not love your aesthetic as much as you do.
Love the look of wallpaper but want to consider property value as well? Stick with something that is easy to change. If you are thinking of selling soon, make sure your wallpaper hanging is on-point and looks professional with no crooked seams, evenly matched patterns, and minimal bubbling or other imperfections.
