First time using this company. Pond cleaning was at a $300 fee. The pond looked good, however, the water never became clear, at all as with prior cleanings. The algae returned within the 1 1/2 weeks. That was unusual as well.

Good quality work, well priced, on schedule and good communication. Will hire him again for other jobs.

I hired this company because they had a good reputation, but mostly because their price was the lowest. However, their finished work was fantastic and I could not be more pleased. Even after they ran into difficulties and the job took longer they stuck to their original quote. I highly recommend Waterfalls Etcetera!

It took a try or two to get it right, but each time he was on it, apologetic and fixed it. I would use them again.

I purchased a beautiful water fountain from them . I was having a party at the house in two days. They took the time to deliver the fountain the next day, set it up and tested its performance for me. Leaving me their contact information in case I had further questions or needed assistance. It is a beautiful piece of art that those who have come to my home . They gave me an outstanding piece of art that I will have for many years and provided incredible customer service and care. I highly recommend them.

We used Warerfalls Etc. and Kurt Jaeger to install artificial turf in our front yard and a putting green on the back. On time, on budget with fantastic results. Kurt provided full service for us including installation of paver borders, artificial turf, and drip irrigation and fixing an issue with previously installed turf by another contractor.

Kurt and his team did a wonderful job which includes landscaping both the backyard and front yard with lightening, installing decorative pavers backyard, sideyard, and front yard walkway, as well as tile for the barbecue top, and installing a new BBQ for us. Kurt is a very nice gentleman, easy to work with, and is always happy, negotiable, and motivated to solve questions we have. He always tries his best to make the work perfectly done. His team members are all reliable guys, and are great to work with! The yard now looks great! We are all happy with the project!

When I let Kurt know he did send the workers back to rectify any issues there was. The pool looks gorgeous and the pavers are beautiful. Kurt did go the extra mile to make sure all was working correctly and as it should be. We needed to repair the electrical because of the age of the pool. Kurt found an electrician and made sure the electrical was correct. The only thing I would change is that the workers were very messy and threw the debris and trash in my plants and in the yard. Unfortunately it did stain my block fencings. And kill some of the grass. Other than that the workers were courteous and helpful. They did clean all of it up once the project was over.

Installed artificial turf in front. Looks great. Pleasure to work with Kurt and his crew, always available and helpful. Work done promptly as scheduled and good job cleaning up. I am very satisfied and highly recommend.

Kurt was very professional and always listened to us regarding what we wanted with the project. We hired him to build a pool with spa as well as complete backyard makeover with new plants, drainage system, retaining walls, fire pit. He was honest and always very truthful. They finished everything in record time and it is breath taking. He was always available and open to changes, he will text us every morning to let us know what will happen on a daily basis.
