Went well. They even came out on Saturday afternoon to make sure the open roof was water tight for possible rain on Sunday. They laid the tar paper over the sub ply boards. Thankfully it didn't rain Sunday. When they laid the tar paper they covered a vent pipe for the bath room vent fan and did not mark it. So when they laid the shingles the next Monday they did not install the "t" vent for that fan. I told the foreman that there was a vent missing. He said that it was their "subs" mistake and he would send them back out to fix it. They came back out and went up in the attic and found the vent pipe. They had cut the hole properly, it was the crew that came out Saturday that covered over it with tar paper that did not mark it. The owner "Vitto" came out and installed the vent, The roof looks great, and all the workers were very professional even with the little mix up. The estimate he quoted me was the exact amount I paid.
