"We had lots of pet stains to deal with. The carpet came out very wet and after a day a very strong odor was being detected. I called and left a message, but there was a weekend that delayed a response. I talked with our person who cleaned, told him about the problem. He said it was the padding, to wait two more days and then call him. He said they would return then and spray more enzyme. I am to call on Thursday (this is Tuesday).
